    Who wears the Crown

Who Wears the Crown? 👑 | Can Two Alphas Survive a Relationship? After being away for a while, Flag Us is officially back! And we're coming back with one question: WHO WEARS THE CROWN IN A RELATIONSHIP? 👑 Does letting your man lead mean giving up your independence? Can an independent woman still allow her man to take the lead? And where exactly is the line between leadership and control? Twon and Whitney get into a real conversation about relationships, independence, trust, communication, finances, submission, decision-making, and what it really means to be a team when both people have strong personalities. And because this is Flag Us, things don't stay serious for long. 😂 We debate whether leadership is earned or automatically given, whether the person making more money should have more influence, whether both partners should take turns leading, and what happens when one partner makes a decision the other doesn't agree with. Then we take it to Flag on the Play 🚩🟢 and put some real relationship situations to the test. Is it a green flag? Is it a red flag? Or is somebody just trying to wear the crown? 👑 And yes… we even revisit the infamous airport situation. 😂 Welcome back to Flag Us — where relationships get real, the red flags come out, and nobody is safe. Couples Court

Couples Court is officially in session, and we’re dragging the little stuff we all do into the light. We start with the classic question that can wreck an entire evening: why do we say “I’m fine” when we’re clearly not? From there we dig into what’s really happening underneath that phrase, how feeling unheard turns into shutdown, and why “we need to talk” can sound less like a conversation and more like a sentence.  Then we switch into a guilty or not guilty game that feels way too relatable: keeping score in a relationship, starting an argument before bed, watching the next episode without your partner, getting mad over something that happened in a dream, and sending your partner to the store only for them to come back with everything except what you asked for. It’s funny, but it also points to real marriage communication issues like mental load, mismatched expectations, and the way small patterns become big fights.  We also get into apologies and why one quick “sorry” doesn’t magically fix trust if there’s no clarity or change behind it. And yes, we talk about how TikTok relationship advice can feel convincing in 30 seconds, even when it’s missing all the context that real conflict resolution needs. If you like honest relationship talk, playful banter, and practical takeaways you can actually use, press play. Exposing Our Partners

You ever hear a couple say they’re solid and immediately want proof? That’s the whole mood here, because we’re putting our relationship under the microscope with “Exposing Our Partners” and we’re not pulling punches. We start light with weekly life talk, Father’s Day jokes, and our red flags of the week, then we pivot into the stuff that actually causes arguments in real homes: consideration, chores, and who keeps the household running without getting credit.  From there, we go straight into the “exposing” questions: what gives us the ick, what our most toxic traits are, and what we wish the other would stop doing immediately. The funniest moments are also the most relatable relationship advice, especially when we get into money in relationships. One of us pays for comfort and convenience, the other thinks about bills, emergencies, and not living beyond our means. If you’ve ever argued about delivery apps, VIP upgrades, valet, or the energy bill, you’ll feel seen.  We also dig into social media boundaries in a relationship, including blocking during fights, checking location, watching who likes photos, and what “thirst traps” even mean when you’re committed. Our “Flag on the Play” segment turns all of it into red flag vs green flag debate, but the deeper takeaway is trust, respect, and learning how to cool down without creating damage you can’t take back.  Hit play, then subscribe, share this with a friend who loves couple podcasts, and leave a review with the biggest red flag or green flag you heard so we can talk about it next time. Flaguationships: Toxic Friends, Day Ones & Friendship Red Flags 🚩

On this episode of Flag Us, Twon and Whitney dive deep into "Flaguationships" — the friendships that come with hidden red flags, fake support, toxic behavior, and difficult loyalty decisions. Are your day one friends really your people, or are you keeping them around because of history? The conversation gets real as they debate whether people outgrow friendships, if history alone is enough to save a friendship, and whether a fake friend is worse than a toxic friend. Twan and Whitney also break down friendship boundaries, opposite-sex friendships, supporting your friends' businesses, and the red flags many people ignore in friendships more than relationships. Plus: viral TikTok drama, hilarious "Flag on the Play" moments, relationship debates, and unfiltered opinions that’ll have you questioning your own friend circle. If you've ever asked: • How do you know if your friend is toxic?  • Is it okay to cut off a day one friend?  • Can men and women really just be friends?  • Why do some friends only show up when they need something?  • Are friendship red flags worse than relationship red flags?
