    Episode 11 is with Wales Rugby legend Sam Warburton! Not only is Sam a sporting inspiration for many athletes of all ages, he also sets a great example of how to conduct yourself as a person. It was an honour to be able to sit down chat with him, and get some extraordinary insights along the way. I really feel that this episode has a great mix of demonstrating what it takes to be an elite athlete, whilst simultaneously showing the cost, and some of the fragilities that comes with that- which I think is important.     This Episode was filmed at the lake with my teammate and good friend Rubin Colwill. Rubin is currently in injury rehab club with me lol... so it seemed like the right time to speak to him and film the conversation for this channel.We tend to have these sorts of conversations quite regularly so filming this one was pretty seamless really.We talk about some thought provoking things in the sporting world, and challenge some of the preconceived ideas of what a sportsperson should look/behave like.Rubin also speaks on his own story, discusses lots of his own thoughts on certain events in his life and career so far.Really hope some people can take something from this and enjoy!Thank you for the continued support :)
