    In the spring of 1932, as Reno, Nevada corners the market on the quickie divorce industry, Violet Miller arrives at the Wayward Breeze Ranch to complete her six weeks of residency for a legal divorce. The recently widowed owner, Wilma Tülinen, helps her settle in as she explains the rules of Violet’s new world. And, as the clock strikes midnight, a frantic Wilma calls the police to locate her rebellious daughter, Miriam, somewhere in the biggest little city in the world.
