    Sacred Shamanism with Valarie Zuvuya

Lisa and Laurea speak with Valarie Zavuya, who has more than 25 years of experience in shamanic energy healing, mediumship, past life work, herbal medicine, Reiki, and related practices. They discuss her background, the range of certifications and trainings she has completed, and how she came to this work through early experiences with spirit communication and past life readings. The trio discuss what a shaman is, how different shamanic traditions vary around the world, and the common themes Valarie sees across them, including compassion, sacred space, and helping clients release pain. She also describes her work with Lakota teachings, pipe carrying, sweat lodges, and other Native traditions, as well as her approach of working carefully and respectfully. They explore the kinds of clients who seek Valarie's help and the issues they bring to her, including spiritual distress, ancestral patterns, curses, hexes, and soul fragmentation. Valarie explains how she approaches these situations through present-moment work, remote sessions, and what she describes as ancestral healing that can affect both the client and family lines across time. Valarie talks about integration after sessions, including soul retrieval and the period clients may need to absorb the work. She describes how people sometimes recover lost memories, interests, or creative abilities after these sessions and overall changes people may notice afterward. Talking Dogs, Ghostly Girls, Water Signs and a Nosey Owl: Animal Communication with Lindsey Ashcraft

In this episode Lisa and Laurea speak with Lindsay Ashcraft, an Emmy award-winning former TV news producer who now runs an animal communication business called Paws and Listen. They discuss how they each approach animal communication sessions, often starting with only basic details, and how impressions can come through as felt senses, inner knowing, images, or words. They also talk about self-doubt, the importance of trusting first impressions, and how different practitioners can receive different parts of the same situation. Each of them share examples from sessions involving a dog afraid of an owl, a horse that indicated its preferred name, and other cases where animals seemed to communicate health concerns or ask for help. They also discuss the idea that animals communicate through energy rather than human language, and close with a few lighter stories from sessions, including one about a dog reacting to music and another involving a deceased dog described as being with other pets in a meadow. Energy Healing & Angels: After Near Death Experience with Thomas Gates

Thomas Gates returns to discuss the healing abilities he says emerged after his near-death experience, including a first healing case with his girlfriend’s ankle and the method he later termed “Healing Spectrums for Health and Wholeness.” He describes seeing color as frequency, acting as a facilitator rather than a healer, and viewing emotions and trauma as physiological processes that can be addressed through stillness and specific brainwave states. The conversation with Lisa and Laurea also covers his beliefs about angelic presence, including healing angels, a watcher angel, and a guardian angel he says protected him in a dangerous situation. He concludes by saying his healing sessions are safe because they do not force change, but instead support coherence in the body and consciousness. The Story of Your Akashic Records & What It Means to You with Christine DiGinto

In this episode of Off-Road Spirituality, Lisa and Laurea had the pleasure of speaking with Christine DiGinto, a multifaceted healer and practitioner of the Akashic Records. Christine's journey into healing began out of personal necessity, leading her to embrace her abilities as both a channel and a death doula. We explored her wide array of healing modalities, including hypnotherapy, psychedelic integration, crystal and gemstone healing, sound healing, and EMDR therapy. Christine provided a captivating explanation of what the Akashic Records represent, describing them as the subconscious of the collective conscious mind—a frequency field of information accessible to us all. She emphasized that when we access these records, we receive only what we are ready to understand and integrate into our current life journeys. They discussed how precise questioning is vital for accessing deeper insights and Christine shares her perspective on the information she receives during readings and her reflections on the importance of sharing all insights, no matter how peculiar they may seem, highlight the necessity of trust in the process. An integral part of the discussion revolves around the distinctions between Akashic Records readings and past life regression. Christine noted how Akashic readings can point to energetic distortions without resolving them, while past life regressions offer a deeper experiential understanding, allowing clients to reshape their own energetic matrices. She also points out that even practitioners can experience blocks due to their egos and also touched on the interconnectedness of experiences among practitioners, where insights gained from others can often shine light on our personal journeys.
