Hamilton WINS with FERRARI! Monaco and Barcelona Grand Prix Review

Lewis Hamilton WINS with Ferrari!!! It’s an all-British podium in Barcelona with George Russell and Lando Norris in P2 and P3. Rob is still more focused on Fernando Alonso’s dire state at Aston Martin and hoping there’s something to the rumours that he might go to Alpine next year. After the disaster of incorrect pit lane speeding penalties in Monaco, the FIA overturned Issac Hadjar’s podium in favour of Pierre Gasly, but what about every other driver who was wrongly penalized? McLaren are appealing on behalf of Oscar Piastri, meanwhile Redbull are refusing to handover the Monaco P3 trophy to Alpine. Kimi Antonelli continues to lead the championship even though he suffered a power unit failure and DNF in Barcelona. His win in Monaco was legendary though as he sets another “youngest ever” record. Munee and Rob share their thoughts on Lewis Hamilton's maiden Ferrari win at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya and the onslaught of 'speeding in the pit lane penalties' at Monaco with a new episode of Give Me A BRAKE. In this episode we discuss:👉 Kimi Antonelli becoming the youngest Monaco GP WINNER👉 'Speeding in the Pit Lane' disaster in Monaco👉 How the equipment calculated incorrect pit timings👉 Lewis Hamilton's Maiden Ferrari Win!👉 Mercedes Team Dynamics👉 McLaren's keen eye for in-race discrepancies.👉 Nico Rosberg as F1 media personality👉 Hulkenberg's car defies logic👉 Charles Leclerc new Ferrari contract👉 Fernando Alonso rumours👉 Was This Trophy Worth It? Give Me A BRAKE From 2026 Regulations! Kimi leading, Max leaving, F1 & FIA meeting

Two F1 fans turned friends turned podcasters break down the chao in the Formula 1 world right now and discuss why we want a BRAKE from the issues stemming from the 2026 regulations. We discuss: Mercedes have an advantage with McLaren, Williams and Alpine using their engines providing invaluable driver data. Ferrari's strong start with Hamilton getting his first podium in red in China. Aston Martin with the Honda engine are struggling as Adrian Newey steps down as Team Principal. Cadillac have made a huge investment to join the sport with their potential still unclear. Max Verstappen is NOT happy, he doesn't like the new regulations, Red Bull have not adapted to the new regulations very well. Max is oversharing his thoughts on wanting to leave the sport and pursue other forms of motor racing. Kimi Antonelli is leading the championship and is the youngest to do it, but would he be ahead if his team mate was Charles Leclerc or Carlos Sainz and not George Russell? Drop us a comment to let us know what you want a BRAKE from this F1 season. ⏰TIMESTAMPS 00:00 Introduction to the Chaos of F1 2026 season 02:31 Introduction to New Regulations 04:18 Mercedes Advantage 05:33 Likelihood of the FIA Adjusting 2026 Regulations 06:29 The Controversy Surrounding Driver Safety and Regulations 08:22 Gamification of F1 09:45 Predicting the Future Based on Current Standings 10:02 Ferrari Race Battles 12:05 Kimi Antonelli Leading World Championship and Impact on George Russell 14:11 Max Verstappen's Discontent and Its Implications 17:27 Lewis Hamilton F1 Legacy And Beyond 20:31 Toto Wolff Support of Kimi 21:19 Max Verstappen's Impact on F1 23:51 Balancing Safety and Racing Integrity 24:12 Driver Performance Review 25:41 Drivers in the Prime of Their Careers Struggling With New Regulations 28:45 Cadillac's Steep F1 Investment 29:37 Final Thought on Topic For The Day: Give Me A BRAKE From New F1 Regs 30:58 Was This Trophy Worth It? 34:08 Toto Wolff Pride In Kimi Decision 34:34 Closing Statements: Looking Ahead #f1 #maxverstappen #lewishamilton #kimiantonelli #georgerussell #charlesleclerc #FIA Give Me A BRAKE is the F1 Edition of Give Me A Break Pointcast
