    The Shepherd and the Sanctuary | Bryan Lee | 2026-08-09

    Pastor Bryan preached from Psalm 23 in a sermon titled, “The Shepherd and the Sanctuary.” Through David’s familiar words, we were reminded of the faithful care of the Lord as our Shepherd. He provides for His people, restores and leads them in righteousness, and remains present even through the darkest valleys. Because the Shepherd is with us, we can walk without fear, trusting His protection, goodness, and mercy until we dwell in the presence of the Lord forever. Sermon Notes: 1.     The Exploits of Faith | Deric Bartlett | 2026-08-02

    Pastor Deric preached from Hebrews 11:32–40 in a sermon titled “The Exploits of Faith.” We were reminded that biblical faith is not measured by outward success or the absence of suffering, but by steadfast trust in God through every season of life. Throughout Hebrews 11, God commends His people not because they all experienced the same earthly outcomes, but because they remained faithful whether He granted victory, called them to endure hardship, or sustained them through suffering. Their lives point us beyond temporary triumphs to the greater hope found in Jesus Christ, who fulfills every promise of God and secures our eternal inheritance. Sermon Notes: 1.     The Faith that Saves | Deric Bartlett | 2026-07-26

    This past Sunday, Pastor Deric preached from Hebrews 11:24–31 in a sermon titled "The Faith that Saves."  We were reminded that saving faith is more than intellectual belief. It awakens us to the lordship of Christ, calls us to turn from the fleeting pleasures of sin, and rests entirely in the finished work of our true Passover Lamb. Through the examples of Moses, Israel, and Rahab, we saw that genuine faith transforms the whole of life, leading God's people to persevere in obedience, trust His promises, and welcome people from every nation into His redeeming grace.     Parenting By Faith | Deric Bartlett | 2026-07-19

    This past Sunday, Pastor Deric preached from Hebrews 11:23 titled, “Parenting by Faith.”   We were reminded that raising children is ultimately an act of faith. Like Moses' parents, we are called to see our children through God's eyes, courageously protect them from the influences of the world, faithfully prepare them to follow Christ, and entrust their lives to the Lord's sovereign care.     The Blessing of Faith | Deric Bartlett | 2026-07-12

    This past Sunday, Deric Bartlett preached from Hebrews 11:20–22 in a sermon titled “The Blessing of Faith.” Through the lives of Isaac, Jacob, and Joseph, we were reminded that God's covenant blessings extend beyond the present generation and are received by faith in His promises. Even as these patriarchs approached the end of their lives, they looked ahead with confidence, blessing those who would follow after them and trusting that God would accomplish all He had promised. Their worship, hope, and final words reflected a faith anchored not in present circumstances, but in the certainty of God's covenant faithfulness.     Commissioned to a Co-Mission | Charlie Costa | 2026-07-05

    Pastor Charlie Costa preached from Acts 13:1–4 in a sermon titled “Commissioned to a Co-Mission.”   Through the sending of Barnabas and Saul from the church at Antioch, we were reminded that mission begins with God Himself. The Holy Spirit calls and sets apart His servants, the local church faithfully responds in prayer and obedience, and the labourers go forth in dependence upon the Lord who sends them. From beginning to end, the work of gospel ministry is God's work, carried out through His people for His glory.   This passage reminds us that believers are not merely spectators in God's mission, but fellow workers with Him in the advancement of the gospel.     The Testing of Faith | Deric Bartlett | 2026-06-28

    Pastor Deric Bartlett preached from Hebrews 11:17–19 in a sermon titled “The Testing of Faith.” Through the testing of Abraham, we were reminded that faith is often refined through trials that call us to trust God beyond what we can see or understand. Though Abraham was asked to surrender the very son through whom God's promises would come, he believed that the Lord was faithful to His word and powerful enough to fulfill His purposes even through death itself. This passage teaches us that testing is not evidence of God's absence, but a means by which He strengthens and matures the faith of His people, calling us to trust His character, rest in His promises, and obey Him even when the path forward remains unseen.     Your Father Knows | Bryan Lee | 2026-06-21

    Bryan Lee preached from Matthew 6:32 in a sermon titled “Your Father Knows.” Jesus reminds His people that they have a heavenly Father who knows exactly what they need. While those who do not know God are consumed with chasing after the necessities of life, believers are called to rest in the faithful care of their Father. He is never distant, never unaware, and never lacking in wisdom or power. We are to trust God's fatherly care with confidence.
