114 Predicting with Adityas with Laura Barat - Vishnu 2026 Edition

The September 2026 Equinox marks the Sun’s crossing from Tvaṣṭā into Viṣṇu Āditya - a shift from identity‑crafting to transformation, desire and dharma. In this episode of Predicting with the Ādityas, Laura Barat and I explore how the Viṣṇu field opens a flowing transition through linked Nāga and Apsarā halves, activating deep change in belief systems, relationships and purpose. We look at Aśvatara Nāga, where the Sun rapidly reshapes 9th‑house themes - worldview, meaning and the laws we live by. Through Rambhā Apsarā, desire becomes a catalyst for dharma, pulling us toward what is true, needed and spiritually maturing. We revisit Kambala Nāga in Tvaṣṭā, where father/authority patterns and identity‑shedding prepare the ground for Viṣṇu’s transformation. From there, we map the major late‑September and October transits: Mercury & Mars changing signs Mercury–Mars–Pluto tension with Neptune’s dissolving influence Mars in Vivasvān with Jupiter–Ketu (urgency, restriction, conflict) Sun–Saturn opposition in Yakṣas (responsibility vs self‑expression) Oct 10 New Moon in Viṣṇu with Venus–Mars square Venus–Mercury support for skills, finances & relational clarity Late‑month Mars–Saturn trine Key themes include inner work, confronting trauma, navigating Jupiter–Ketu’s “hopelessness” and creating one’s own “heaven” through conscious, purposeful transformation.

112 Predicting with Adityas with Laura Barat - Tvasta 2026 Edition

The August 28 lunar eclipse arrives in Dhātā/Tvaṣṭā, carrying a different tone from the earlier Vivasvān solar eclipse. In this episode of Predicting with the Ādityas, Laura Barat and I explore how this eclipse activates Tvaṣṭā, and Dhātā while putting Mercury in a difficult position the Moon and strongly aspected by Uranus. We begin by recapping the August 12 Vivasvān solar eclipse and noticing globally the earthquakes in populated regions and intensifying water‑conflict conditions across the western US and Canada and around the world (both from drought and data centres). From there, we turn to the August 28 lunar eclipse at ~5° Dhātā, held by Tumburu and Dhṛtarāṣṭra Gandharvas and we discuss how these beings inspire us to transform/purify ourselves and to hold onto what is valuable and precious. Mercury sits in Tvaṣṭā’s Rakṣasa (Brahma Peeta) division, “starved” by the Sun and Moon which could indicate contentious group dynamics, social‑media conflict, border or travel issues and potential malfunctions in new Tvaṣṭā‑themed technologies like data centres, drones, robotics, automated systems and other engineered innovations. Uranus adds a layer of revolutionary insight pushing breakthroughs faster and faster. Because of this, we talk extensively about how to use Mercury well during this eclipse. For example, experimenting without attachment to outcomes, staying curious and creating conditions where Uranus can surprise us constructively. Saturn’s position second from the Moon emphasizes frugality, essence and the stripping away of excess. We also explore the late‑August Jupiter–Saturn trine, the September 11 New Moon in Tvaṣṭā with multiple Mercury/Venus/Uranus shifts and the September 18 Mercury–Saturn opposition, which may correlate with consequential legal or structural changes. Throughout, we explore Tvaṣṭā as the Aditya of innovation, intention and the consequences of what we build. 0111 Vivasvan Aditya Fi and Nadamayi explore the Healing Power of Mythology

In this episode of Fiona’s Adityas Podcast, Nadamayi and I explore the healing power of Vivasvān Āditya - the Sun who softens, focuses, and learns to be in relationship. We follow his mythology through themes of society, justice, nervous‑system regulation and the quiet architecture of healthy communities. Vivasvān’s stories from Mārtāṇḍa’s stillbirth, to Sañjñā and Chāyā, to the shaving of the Sun’s rays, reveal how humans learn cooperation, consequences, discernment and the ability to return after burnout. We also meet Anumlocā Apsarā, Ṛṣi Bhṛgu, Ugrasena Gandharva, Śaṅkhapāla Nāga, and Vyāghra Rakṣasa, each offering a different facet of relational intelligence and mythic healing. This episode weaves mythology with nervous‑system wisdom, showing how healthy societies grow the same way a conch shell does, chamber by chamber, person by person, relationship by relationship. Themes we explore - Vivasvān Āditya as the useful Sun - Sañjñā & Chāyā and the focusing of light and shadow - Burnout and the mythic path of return - Yama, Śani, and the laws of Manu - Ṛṣi Bhṛgu and the architecture of consequences - Anumlocā Apsarā and sublimating personal desire - Ugrasena Gandharva and collective rhythm - Śaṅkhapāla Nāga and the vibration of truth - Vyāghra Rakṣasa, mimicry and human vulnerability - The conch shell, Fibonacci sequence, and healthy societies If you’re exploring mythic healing, nervous‑system regulation or the architecture of healthy relationships and communities, this episode offers a soft, spacious doorway into Vedic cosmology of the Adityas.

0110 Predicting with Adityas with Laura Barat - August 2026 Edition

This eclipse carries a rare coherence - the Sun, the Moon, the manifesting benefics AND the outer planets seem to be working together, opening a doorway of opportunity in Vivasvān. In this episode of Predicting with the Adityas, Laura Barat and I explore the upcoming 12 August 2026 solar eclipse and New Moon in Vivasvān (around 20°, aligned with Tropical Leo). This eclipse is conjoined Mercury, Jupiter, and Ketu, bringing the potential for beneficial material opportunities and new beginnings in familiar or past‑related areas. We talk about why Vivasvān, the rāśi where the Sun responds to the needs of his wife, Sañjñā, so humans can thrive on Earth, has so much to teach us at this time. This is the Sun who listens, adjusts, collaborates, and modulates himself so life can flourish. And this eclipse lands right inside that field of responsiveness, in the Sun’s Hora of Vivasvān. Laura and I also explore the deeper architecture of Hora and Trimśāṁśa lords: In masculine signs, the Sun rules the first 15º and Mars rules the first Trimśāṁśa lords → masculine signs act first, then integrate the unconscious. In feminine signs, the Moon rules the first 15º and Venus rules the first Trimśāṁśa lords → feminine signs integrate their moods and emotions first, then act. This mirrors the way the Sun and Moon work together to keep Earth in the “goldilocks zone” — balanced, held, and able to sustain life. We also dive into Vivasvān’s Rakṣasa (Vyāghra) division, the tiger realm tied to mimicry, transformation, and the possibility of deception — a powerful and embodied place for a Ketu eclipse to land. From there, our conversation turns to the outer‑planet harmony shaping the next few months. Pluto, Neptune, and Uranus are all in supportive sextiles and trines, sitting in Nāga Horas and Apsarā Trimśāṁśa lords, emphasizing water‑element themes: emotional healing shifts in desire innovations that feel organic long‑term “fertilization” in Aryamā possible water‑earth related events It’s rare to see all three outer planets humming in this kind of coherence. If your life is shaped by being skilfull, having expertise, providing services, implementing laws, working in the healing fields or you simply have the desire to do something well, Vivasvān is your ally — and this eclipse is unusually supportive. The eclipse will be visible across Iceland and the Iberian Pennisula and intriguingly, Portugal was first recognised as a country during the very first eclipse in this Saros cycle.

0108 Predicting with Adityas with Laura Barat - July 2026 Edition

As we move from Varuṇa into Indra through the Northern Solstice, Laura Barat joins me for our monthly Aditya‑based forecast. We begin by reflecting on Varuṇa’s clarity and spontaneous healing, the Venus–Jupiter conjunction, and whether it had any impact on the pragmatic peace mumblings of previous the month. Then we outline Indra as the fixed, manifesting fire Rāśi showcasing self‑love, purification, visible intention and the kind of inner honesty where nothing can be hidden. Next, Laura walks through the Lunar cycle … the Puṣan Full Moon (June 29) with themes of minimalism, humanitarian sacrifice, and renewal, and the Indra New Moon (July 14) in Srota Yakṣa, highlighting wealth‑creation opportunities, listening, and practical support during Mercury retrograde near the Sun–Mercury conjunction. We also cover major July transits including … Mars entering Varuṇa, the Mars–Uranus conjunction, Jupiter entering Vivasvān, upcoming node shifts, Pluto in Parjanya, and collective themes around economy, ideology, and tension alongside the longer healing arc of Uranus in Varuṇa. Finally, we end by highlighting some exciting Aditya’s resources such as … 84beings.com, and Josh’s Sunflare app, as well as Ernst Wilhelm’s Pathology & Conscious Healing course. And a personal apology here for this episode being so late! (Leaving Australia at the end of June left me without access to a computer to edit this for more than a week! but hopefully, better late than never :D) This episode was recorded on 23 June in the Northern Hemisphere and 24 June in the Southern Hemisphere just days after the Northern Solstice and the Sun’s entry into Indra.

0107 Fi and Nadamayi explore The Healing Power of Mythology - Varuna Edition

In this episode, I sit down with Nadamayi to explore Varuṇa — not just as the “god of water,” but as a vast, all‑pervasive field of consciousness, clarity, and truth in the Āditya tradition. We look at how Varuṇa’s mythology becomes a living map for healing, nervous‑system regulation, and emotional honesty. We talk about Varuṇa as an origin‑deity whose waters symbolize love without grasping, and we contrast that with desire through stories like Varuṇa taking Bhadra, and the sage Utathya “drying him up.” This leads into reflecting on Gandhi's insight that greed has devasting consequences for all humans. We explore Varuṇa’s noose as a symbol of truth‑sense, his Makara as our lizard brains and how clarity helps us “ride” instinct instead of being hijacked by it. We weave in modern metaphors -Wonder Woman’s lasso, the inner‑ear bones, and memory reconsolidation - to show how ancient stories mirror the healing process. The episode also dives into Rishi Vasiṣṭha including his multiple births, his conflict with King Nimi, his rebirth through Mitra‑Varuṇa, and his wish‑fulfilling cow as a symbol of the nervous system’s natural abundance. We explore Arundhatī/Sandhyā, shame, chastity, and the return to innocence as a healing pathway. We close with practical tools such as mantra and meditation to help restore clarity and reconnect with the “inner ocean.” Topics covered ... Varuṇa in Vedic and Āditya mythology Love vs desire in spiritual psychology Nervous system healing through myth Varuṇa’s noose and the truth‑sense Makara symbolism and survival instincts Rāvaṇa and the swan story Vasiṣṭha’s rebirth and the wish‑fulfilling cow Nandini Arundhatī, Sandhyā, and the healing of shame Mantra, sound, and memory reconsolidation If you’re interested in mythology, trauma healing, consciousness studies, or the nervous system, this episode offers a deep, gentle, and transformative lens. This episode was recorded on 4 June in the Northern Hemisphere and 5 June in the Southern Hemisphere as the Sun transited Varuṇa Aditya!
