Flow Calm Still Podcast

Lynz Brierley

Flow • Calm • Still Just a tattooed bird trying to slow down. Will you join me? Welcome to Flow • Calm • Still. This little corner calm and crazy corner of the internet is home to my podcast—honest stories, cosy reflections and conversations about the messy business of being human. The kind you can enjoy with a cup of tea, on a quiet walk, during a long drive, or before bed. I'm Lynz—a mindful Slice-of-life storyteller and yoga studio owner based in rural England. I wish I could tell you after all these years of training I have life nailed. I don't. I think if we were all honest we can all hold our hands up and say the same.  I'm a normal human being simply trying to slow down, wonder a little more, and notice the ordinary moments that make up a life well lived. If you're looking for a quiet place to pause, laugh, think, or simply breathe for a while, pull up a chair. You're always welcome here.
