    S1EP13 30 dates in 30 days

This episode was not supposed to happen. Josi had something else planned entirely. Then life, and Hinge, got in the way. After coming out of a situationship and some encouragement from a friend who met her now husband on Hinge, Josi downloaded the app and went in with one rule, honesty upfront, no wasted time. What followed was an overwhelming wave of matches, a crash course in modern dating etiquette, and five very different dates that all circled back to the same conclusion. Date one moved fast, too fast, and ended with an unexpected reaction to both a request to slow down and the honest reveal of her tattoos. Date two had real chemistry in person, followed by a slow fade into ghosting territory. Date three was a brilliant connection that stayed firmly, confusingly, in friend zone. Date four promised deep conversation that somehow never actually went deep, and ended with a car accident excuse that did not quite add up. And date five, the one with the most promise, unravelled over a single confusing day of mixed signals, assumptions and a breakup text that landed with surprising clarity. Across every single date, one thing kept showing up. Communication, or the lack of it. Josi shares her honest, sometimes funny, sometimes genuinely frustrating reflections on modern dating, what she has learned, and why she is logging off Hinge for a while. She also wants to hear from you. Send in your own dating app stories, Hinge, Tinder, Bumble or anything else, through Instagram, Facebook, email or an anonymous voice note on Speakpipe. The best ones will be read or played on a future episode. Leave a voice note at SpeakPipe Fill up the Google form

SE1 EP12 Situationships - All the Feelings, None of the Clarity

In this emotional and deeply relatable episode of No Weak Links Club, Josi explores the confusing world of situationships - romantic connections that feel like relationships, but never come with a clear label. You might speak every day, share intimacy, know each other’s routines, wait for their replies, reread old messages, and feel deeply attached… but still have no answer to the question: “What are we?” This episode breaks down why situationships can feel so addictive, why they create so much anxiety, and why ending one can hurt just as much as a real breakup - even when the relationship was never officially defined. Josi moves through 10 emotional patterns that often appear in situationships, including: the lack of a relationship labelambiguity anxiety and overthinkingaddictive push-and-pull cyclesfalling in love with potentialunequal emotional investmentwhy some people choose situationshipsfear of commitmentself-abandonmentthe clarity conversationthe grief of leaving an almost relationshipThrough fictional but familiar examples, this episode explores the emotional turmoil of modern dating, undefined relationships, mixed signals, attachment, intimacy without commitment, and the pain of wanting clarity from someone who may never be able to give it. At the heart of the episode is one powerful question: What would you choose for yourself if you stopped waiting to be chosen? Whether you are currently in a situationship, healing from one, or finally ready to ask for clarity, this episode is a reminder that your feelings are valid, your needs matter, and the right connection should not require you to disappear from yourself. If this episode resonates with you, share it with a friend who needs to hear it, leave a rating, and follow No Weak Links Club for more raw conversations about dating, relationships, London life, emotional growth and modern love.

S1 EP11 Who Is Calling Me? The Hidden Number Mystery

In this raw and unsettling storytime episode of No Weak Links Club, Josi shares a personal London mystery that has been sitting with her for months: repeated calls from a hidden number, a man calling himself Alex, and a disturbing pattern of sexual harassment that left her anxious every time her phone rang. What started as a few missed calls from a private number in late October turned into something much more uncomfortable. On New Year’s Eve, Josi finally answered - and the caller asked her for an erotic massage. From there, the situation escalated into late-night calls, silent calls, confusing claims that he knew her in real life, and eventually a text message from a real number. But when Josi saved the number, the mystery only got stranger. The WhatsApp profile appeared under the name Zoe Noir, linked online to a dominatrix profile. Later, the same number appeared under another name, Mistress Severna. The caller was clearly male, the profiles led to dead ends, and the question remained: who was calling her, how did he get her number, and why was he hiding behind these identities? This episode explores the fear and frustration of being contacted repeatedly by someone who refuses to identify themselves, the emotional impact of phone harassment, and the unanswered questions around hidden numbers, fake identities, WhatsApp profiles, possible number spoofing, and online safety. Josi is asking the No Weak Links Club community for help:Have you experienced something similar? Do you know how number spoofing works? Could this be a fake number, a scam, or someone hiding behind someone else’s identity? If you have any information, theories, or advice that could help, message @noweaklinksclub. Or leave a voice note on SpeakPipe Trigger warning: this episode includes discussion of harassment, stalking-like behaviour, unwanted sexual comments, hidden number calls, and emotional distress. Listen now and join the investigation. No weak links, only strong ones.

S1 EP10 PART 2 Homeless, Depressed, Not Defeated: The Life of Someone Extraordinary with Tiyon L. Simpson

In Part 2 of this conversation, Tiyon L. Simpson picks up where he left off, and the story only gets more extraordinary from here. After attempting suicide three times, moving twenty times in ten years and living through years of instability, job losses and isolation, Tiyon shares the moment that changed everything. A last minute work trip to Singapore, flying first class and staying in a five-star hotel, gave him a glimpse of another life that lit something in him he has never let go out. He talks through the slow, unglamorous process of turning things around. Going back to college. Keeping a job for the first time. Building financial stability from scratch. And how mentality, not money, not luck, was the difference between his first and second experience of homelessness. Tiyon and Josi go deep on what it means to finally have a home after years of having none, London's cost of living crisis and the impossible pressure it puts on single people, why surrounding yourself with the right people changes everything, and the theory of osmosis and why you become who you are around. He also shares what success actually means to him. Not a number. Not a title. Mental stability, good health, real friendships, a wife he loves and children he is proud of. And an absolute yes, he considers himself successful. If someone listening right now is going through what Tiyon went through, he has a message for you too. And it is worth hearing.
