Welcome to Mirror Mirror! Where this mother-daughter duo basically decided to record their phone calls. We are looking into the Mirror at ourselves, each other and our lineage. Some episodes will have a theme, some will be off the cuff, and some will be interesting interviews with other women in our lives. Always expect laughter, goofiness, some tears and depth. This podcast explores our journey as humans, as women, as partners, as siblings, as daughters... all the things and then some. We are on a mission to heal and break generational patterns.     We're really doing it!

    Our first episode was sort of an accident. We decided to hit record during one of our phone calls and this is what came out.     The Mother Mirror - Meet Diane

    In this episode, it's all about Diane! Erin interviews her mom and gets to the bottom of: - what she wanted to be when she grew up - her relationship with God and spirit, what "God" is to her - her career path, how she got to where she is now - we talk about fascia and how our bodies mirror nature - we debunk religion (from our perspective of course) - what it means to be human - and we wrap up with some fun memories with Gram With overall themes of being open, vulnerable, and getting curious about all of life.     The Daughter Mirror - Meet Erin

    In this episode, it's all about Erin! Diane interviews her daughter and gets to the bottom of: - Her relationship with God as it is deeply connected to Service - She learned how to ask tough questions and hold space for others - Discovered the dissonance between different societal norms and our similar basic human needs - Raised Episcopal yet continuing to grow in her Faith and understanding of God/Universe/Source/Spirit - The journey from college and a career in fashion to her current nonlinear path guided by Source - New goals and beliefs and how they are working in her life now - How trust and a new love are allowing this process to grow Erin takes us on a journey of self discovery that is bucking the norms of how we are supposed to "follow the path" in our capitalistic country. It is beautiful to witness her inquiry into life and how she takes the time to listen to a calling that is setting her up to make this a better world to live in.     In this episode, we talk with the co-mothers of LOKAH. A sacred space where they bridge the world of menstrual cycle education and ancient yogic tradition to facilitate deep inner understanding.
