    Dive into yourself In this week's episode, I take you to breathe with me. Few words, but a deep connection. For this one, take some time for yourself. Find a calm place, sit or lie down so that your spine is straight, and breathe. This is really special for me, bringing freediving techniques to firm land—calming the nervous system and coming to the here and now. Like in a perfect dive: completely relaxed and completely aware. A perfect dive, and a way to go through life. In freediving, we learn to do things we never thought we were capable of. Our main tool is the breath. We learn to relax when the pressure rises. To stay calm, sharp, and focused as we go deeper. These are techniques that guide us through life—completely relaxed, yet fully aware. That’s what these weekly "Just Breathe" sessions are all about: keeping your training alive while you're on dry land and helping you integrate these powerful tools into your everyday life. Stress... breathe. Pressure... breathe. The unknown... breathe. It’s all about managing the mind—a skill I learned in the ocean and now use in both worlds, above and below the surface. And this goes far beyond freediving. Everyone is welcome who wants to learn about the beautiful tools we freedivers discover in the ocean. So come join me once a week... and let's breathe.     The Breath — A Magic Tool Everyone Should Know How to Use

    The breath changed my life. A magic tool everyone should know how to use. You want to dive with sharks? Breathe through it. Your niece and nephew are flying down a near-vertical slide and you want to join? Breathe. Afraid of speaking in front of people? Breathe. Recovering from sickness? Breathe. Confused? Breathe. Looking for your way? Breathe… and listen. I could go on and on. What I really want to say is this: breath opened ways in my life I didn’t know existed. Suddenly, so much things became possible. I’m not saying I can do everything today. But now I know that the things I truly want to do — I can do them, in my own way. I want to become a surfer. Maybe I’ll never be like Riss Moore, but I can still become a surfer and feel alive out there in the waves. Before I learned how to use breath as a tool, there were so many limitations in my life. So many stories: “I’m not good enough.” “I’m not capable.” “I can’t.” Breath changed that for me forever. You are enough. And you are far more capable than you think!
