    Finding Your Inner Child: Everyday Magic and the Little Witch Within

    Do you remember when the whole world was enchanted? When the bottom of the garden was a kingdom, a puddle was a potion, and a wish on a dandelion clock was the most serious magic there was? In this gentle episode I'm talking about inner child magic: the wonder we all knew as children, why we tuck it away as life gets busy and grown-up, and how to find our way back to it. I share the story of how I stumbled upon my own inner child quite by accident — two little dolls, forgotten for years in an old suitcase — and how holding them again reminded me that play was never really lost, only set aside. We'll wander through the kind of magic children do without ever being taught it: the daring to pretend, the freedom to wish, the gift of noticing small wonders, and the quiet joy of making something for no reason at all. And I share a little something you can try this week to reconnect with your own small self — no belief required, nothing to buy, just a gentle afternoon of remembering.
