    Faith, Health, and Low-Toxic Living

In this episode, I’m joined by my new friend and ultimate low-toxic living role model, Amy Keenan, for a conversation about faith, health, and biblical stewardship. Amy has spent years learning about and implementing lower-toxic practices in her home and lifestyle, and I was so excited to have her share her wisdom, experience, and encouragement with this community. Together, we explore what first led Amy down the path of low-toxic living, how her relationship with Christ has now shaped the way she views health and stewardship, and what it means to care for the bodies and environments God has entrusted to us. We talk about the common misconceptions surrounding this lifestyle and how we can make healthier choices without becoming fearful, anxious, or consumed by control. Amy also shares practical ways to begin making lower-toxic choices. Most importantly, she shares how this journey has impacted far more than just her physical health—it has transformed the way she approaches intentional living, gratitude, and caring for God’s creation. Whether you are brand new to the idea of low-toxic living or have been on this journey for years, my hope is that this conversation encourages you to pursue health with wisdom, grace, and a heart focused on honoring God. 🔗 Join the Temple Keepers Academy here today: https://thetemplekeepers.com/online-academy?am_id=katherine2529 For interest in one on one coaching please email: transformedforlife2517@gmail.com

    Environment

Our physical environment has a greater impact on our health than many of us realize. From the food we eat and the products we use to the air we breathe and the environments we create in our homes, these everyday choices can either support or hinder our ability to care for the bodies God has entrusted to us. In this episode, we're exploring the relationship between our environment, our health, and our faith. Together, we'll discuss the growing "crunchy" movement, why so many Christians are drawn to more natural and intentional living, and how to thoughtfully evaluate these practices through a biblical lens. We'll also talk about the importance of stewarding our health without allowing fear, anxiety, perfectionism, or comparison to become our motivation. Rather than striving for a perfect, toxin-free life, God calls us to faithful stewardship. You'll walk away encouraged to make small, sustainable changes that honor your body, your family, and the resources He's given you—while remembering that our ultimate hope is never found in our ability to control every exposure, but in Christ alone. Because this conversation isn't just about products, ingredients, or lifestyle trends. It's about discipleship. Every choice we make is an opportunity to glorify God and create environments that help us faithfully live out the purpose He's called us to. If you've ever wondered how your surroundings shape your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, this episode is for you. 🔗 Join the Temple Keepers Academy here today: https://thetemplekeepers.com/online-academy?am_id=katherine2529 For interest in one on one coaching please email: transformedforlife2517@gmail.com

    Social Participation

Relationships are a gift from God, but they're also one of the most challenging parts of life. In this episode of the Transformed for Life Podcast, I'm diving into the biblical view of social participation and exploring how our relationships shape our spiritual, emotional, and physical well-being. Research continues to confirm what God has always known: we were created for connection. But as believers, not every relationship is meant to function the same way. I talk about the importance of first understanding whether someone is a believer or not, how Scripture guides our relationships within our families and the Church, and how we're called to engage with those who don't yet know Christ. We also discuss why we can't love others well without first cultivating a deep relationship with God, navigating conflict with fellow believers, and how to view the world as our mission—not our enemy. Finally, we'll talk about finding peace when others reject the Gospel and learning to faithfully leave the results in God's hands. Whether you're navigating family dynamics, church hurt, or conversations with unbelievers, this episode will encourage you to pursue relationships that reflect the heart of Christ. The Heart of a Lifelong Learner

In this episode of Transformed for Life, I continue our exploration of the areas of occupation by diving into the topic of education with my friend and fellow educator, Dr. Maggie Denning. While education is a significant part of Maggie's professional life, our conversation goes far beyond classrooms, degrees, and formal learning. Together, we explore how education is woven into God's design for humanity and why learning is something believers are called to pursue throughout every season of life. We discuss the difference between seeking knowledge for transformation versus simply accumulating information, the dangers of making knowledge an idol, and why Scripture reminds us that knowledge without love is ultimately meaningless. We also examine the heart posture God desires us to have as learners and how cultivating a growth mindset can equip us to navigate challenges, hardships, and opportunities for growth both inside and outside traditional educational settings. Our conversation also touches on the importance of discerning trustworthy sources when studying Scripture, inviting the Holy Spirit into our learning process, and allowing God's Word to shape not only what we know but who we become. Whether you're a student, teacher, lifelong learner, or simply someone seeking to grow in your faith, this episode will encourage you to embrace the gift of learning, remain teachable, and never stop pursuing the wisdom and knowledge that lead to a deeper relationship with Christ.
