In an economic climate where everything only seems to be becoming more expensive for hospitality, Romanian wine provides a welcome break of true value that we at Signature Wines find to be a favourite with staff and customers alike. This is a totally unique take on pinot grigio, with florality throughout and striking notes of peaches, cream and grapefruit on the palate this is a total twist on the Italian classic. It is perfect with or without food but makes a delicious addition to scallops or creamy chicken dishes. Champagne de Saint-Gall Tradition Premier Cru They are a fascinating producer where over 90% of their plots are classified as either premier or grand cru. The Le Tradition is their house style which is made up of a blend of pinot noir and chardonnay providing structure and finesse.
