I Am the Righteousness of God | This Is My Confession - 10-4-26

Most of us know our failures by heart. We can list every mistake, every regret, every time we fell short. But what if the loudest voice in your head isn’t telling the truth about who you are? In this message, we look at one of the most powerful confessions a believer can make: I am the righteousness of God. Not because of what we’ve done, but because of what Jesus has done for us. Second Corinthians 5:21 tells us that Christ took on our sin so that we could become the righteousness of God in Him. That changes everything about how we see ourselves, how we approach God, and how we live. If you’ve been defined by your past, weighed down by shame, or unsure whether you’re really good enough, this episode is a reminder that your identity isn’t built on your performance. It’s built on His. It’s time to stop confessing what’s wrong with you and start confessing what God says is true about you.

Forgive Me for I have Sinned - Series: This is My Confession 9-27-26

We all have something we keep doing even though we know we shouldn’t. It might be a habit, an attitude, or a secret we’ve gotten good at hiding. Over time, carrying it wears us down, and we start to believe that’s just how it has to be. In this episode of This Is My Confession, we look at what it means to stop hiding and actually repent. Repentance isn’t about beating yourself up or earning your way back. It’s about honestly naming what’s wrong, turning away from it, and turning toward a God who is ready to forgive. If you’ve been stuck in guilt, shame, or the same cycle over and over, this message is an invitation to lay it down and find the peace that only real forgiveness can bring. Whether you’re carrying something heavy or just know there’s something you need to let go of, there’s grace for you here.

Series: Forgiveness — Week 4: The Cost of Unforgiveness

What does holding on to unforgiveness actually cost us? In Week 4 of our Forgiveness series, The Cost of Unforgiveness, we look at Jesus’ words in Matthew 6:14 and the connection between the forgiveness we receive from God and the forgiveness we extend to others. Unforgiveness can feel like protection, but over time, bitterness, resentment, and anger can become burdens that keep us tied to the very hurt we want to escape. Jesus invites us into a different way of living—one shaped by the same grace and mercy we have received from Him. Forgiveness doesn’t excuse the offense, erase the consequences, or mean that trust must immediately be restored. Instead, forgiveness allows us to release our need to hold the debt over someone else and trust God with justice, healing, and restoration. In this episode, we examine the spiritual and emotional cost of holding on to offense and discover the freedom that comes when we choose to forgive. Unforgiveness always costs us something. But through Christ, we don't have to keep paying the price. Join us as we learn to release the offense, extend grace, and walk in the freedom God desires for us.

Forgiveness: Week 2 — When Forgiveness Feels Unfair

What do you do when forgiveness feels unfair? In Week 2 of our Forgiveness series, we confront one of the hardest realities of forgiveness: sometimes the person who hurt us doesn't apologize, make things right, or experience the consequences we think they deserve. Forgiveness can feel like we're letting someone off the hook while we're left carrying the pain. Drawing from James 1:19, we're reminded to be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry. Instead of allowing anger and resentment to control our response, God invites us to trust Him with the hurt, the outcome, and even our desire for justice. Forgiveness doesn't mean what happened was right. It doesn't erase the pain or eliminate healthy boundaries. It means refusing to let the offense continue to have authority over your heart. God's grace often challenges our definition of fairness. When we remember how freely we have been forgiven, we can begin to extend that same grace—even when it feels undeserved. Forgiveness may feel unfair, but freedom is worth it. Join us as we learn to release resentment, surrender our need to settle the score, and trust God with what we cannot change.

Forgiveness — The Freedom to Forgive

What if forgiveness isn't just something we give to others, but something God uses to bring freedom to us? In this opening message of our new Forgiveness series, we explore Jesus' teaching in Mark 11:25 and Paul's words in Ephesians 4:29–32 to discover what it means to live with a heart shaped by grace. Holding on to bitterness, anger, and past hurt can affect the way we speak, the way we love, and even the way we approach God. Scripture calls us toward a different way—replacing resentment with compassion, destructive words with encouragement, and bitterness with forgiveness. Forgiveness doesn't mean ignoring what happened or pretending the pain wasn't real. It means choosing to release what we've been carrying and allowing God's grace to transform our hearts. In this episode, we'll discover how the forgiveness we've received through Christ empowers us to extend that same grace to others. You have been forgiven. You can forgive. And through Christ, you can walk forward in freedom.

How do you find peace in a world filled with financial stress and constant worry? In this week's message of our Fresh Start series, Fresh Serenity, we explore Jesus' life-giving words from Matthew 6:24–25, 31. In this passage, Jesus reminds us that we cannot serve both God and money, and He calls us to release our anxiety about life's necessities because our Heavenly Father already knows what we need. This message challenges us to let go of fear, surrender our financial concerns to God, and live with confidence in His provision. In this week's message of our Fresh Start series, Fresh Finances, we anchor ourselves in Jesus' words from Matthew 6:33: "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." Our finances often reveal where our trust truly lies. It's easy to place our confidence in a paycheck, savings account, or financial plan, but Jesus invites us to a better way. When we seek God's Kingdom first, we discover that He is our ultimate provider, and everything else falls into its proper place. This message explores how faith transforms our approach to money. As we align our financial decisions with His priorities, we experience the peace and freedom that come from trusting Him completely. Whether you're navigating financial uncertainty, learning to steward God's blessings, or looking to establish healthy, biblical habits with your finances, this episode will encourage you to put God first and allow Him to guide every area of your life.
