    16 | Online Business Overview | A Business Model Designed For Everyday People

    What does it really look like to build a digital business alongside a full-time healthcare career?   In this episode of The Healthcare Entrepreneur’s Blueprint, I’m sharing more about the online business model I chose to build alongside my career as a healthcare professional and why it appealed to me.   I share some of the lessons I’m learning along the way and my personal “why” behind wanting to create an additional income stream, particularly with a vision for the future that extends beyond my current career and financial capacity.   I also explain why I chose a digital business and what I was looking for in an opportunity that could fit around a demanding healthcare career, including long shifts and night shifts.   As a healthcare professional, stepping into entrepreneurship can be daunting. But having a structure to follow, a supportive community of experts, and an environment of like-minded individuals can make a difference.   One of the key lessons I’ve learnt in these past years is that you don’t have to know everything before you begin. Because as you take the first bold step, you learn along the way, and as you learn, you grow in confidence, gain experience and become better equipped.   Sometimes, all you need is the courage to start and the willingness to keep going even when the going is not easy.     14 | Purpose | Sis, Stop Talking Yourself Out of It! You’re More Capable Than You Think

    What if the thing holding you back isn’t your ability, but your belief that you’re not capable enough?   In this episode, I share a funny story from my summer holiday in Italy, including my unexpected experience of driving a rental car despite my anxiety.   It always amazes me where God teaches us lesson.   As we enter the final third of 2026, let’s reflect on what God has called us to do, overcome the fear that keeps us stuck, and take intentional action towards the future we desire.   If you’re thinking about your purpose, personal growth, how to earn extra income while working full time, this episode is your reminder: don’t let your current limitations determine your future.   Your capacity can grow as you move forward in faith.
