    4. When Growth Shows Up In Real Life

In this solo episode, I'm sharing a personal story about a moment that stopped me and made me realize something: I had actually started to shift! A few months ago, my son was in the middle of another breathing episode, I share a bit about this too. In the middle of that hard day, I stepped outside for a walk and recognized the spot I was in so hit record. What I captured wasn't a parenting tip or a life lesson. It was a real-time realization that I was handling the hard differently than I used to. For years, I lived in anxiety, overwhelm, and survival mode. After becoming a mom, navigating postpartum struggles, fertility challenges, and major life transitions, I often found myself stuck in fight-or-flight long after the crisis had passed. On this particular day, I noticed something had changed. In this episode, I share that unedited recording and reflect on what it taught me about nervous system regulation, gratitude, healing, mindset work, and growing our capacity to handle difficult seasons. Life didn't get easier. The circumstances were still hard. But I was different. If you're in the middle of a hard season, whether it's motherhood, infertility, anxiety, grief, or simply feeling overwhelmed, I hope this episode reminds you to pause and recognize the ways you've already grown. Sometimes the biggest shifts happen so gradually that we don't notice them until we're living them! Growth isn't about never struggling. It's about realizing you can move through the struggle differently than you once did. -------------------------------------------------------------- Want to connect with Miranda?
