    Receiving Energy: Why Creating Without It Leads to Burnout If you think receiving energy means slowing down, this one's for you. You can't create anything without it, and skipping it is why people go into big launches and then completely flop. This week inside SHINE, Julie has been working with Hathor, the Egyptian goddess, on receiving. Then one off-boarding form said: I was in a creative energy, not so much a receiving one. This episode is her answer to that, because creating and receiving were never opposites. Julie talks about the creative push, the hustle and the masculine aspect getting put to the front, even when you tell yourself you're in your feminine because you're in flow. Julie looks at the uprisings spreading across countries right now and what this energy asks of you and your business. This isn't a deep astrology lecture.     I want to talk about knowing your energy, and about understanding the growth of your energy too.Neurodivergent Energy: Why Small Things Drain You More Neurodivergent energy doesn't follow the rules the outside world expects. I got through a big, creative launch without collapsing, and then a 10-minute dentist appointment wiped me out more than all of it. If you're neurodivergent or energy sensitive, you'll know this one. The things that look huge on paper (live sessions and webinars) can feel fine, while the everyday adulting stuff like a dentist trip or a vet appointment for your dog quietly costs you far more than you ever planned for. In this episode I share what happened this week, why the uncertainty and fear behind those appointments took so much out of me, and how I'm accounting for it with more time and downtime, which is feminine productivity in practice. It's what owning your neurodivergent energy actually looks like, instead of judging yourself for not handling what you "should." It also came up on a one-to-one call: the guilt and shame of not being able to handle the things we think we should. As your energy grows you take on more, and there's usually a point of resistance. That resistance doesn't mean you've failed, right?     The Virgo new moon doesn't want your plan

    Virgo New Moon: Go Small, Not Big, In Your Business The Virgo new moon is not asking you for a grand plan for the rest of the year. It's asking for the one small thing you keep pushing to the side because it feels too easy to matter. Everyone will tell you Virgo is service, healthy habits and routine. All true. What almost nobody says is that Virgo is ruled by Mercury, which is air. Thoughts. The way you think about what's in front of you. So the work of this moon isn't organising your life, it's noticing how you decided the small things were small.
