    Dead Loop: Suicide Pond — The Strange Death of Hannah Chase (EP. 06. Pt. 1)

    Introducing Dead Loop — Hex Line's standalone investigative series exploring the real stories behind the legends we inherit. Dead Loop episodes exist outside the ongoing Hex Line narrative and can be enjoyed on their own. The main Hex Line story continues in chronological order. The story of Suicide Pond has been told throughout the Merrimack Valley for generations: a young woman, a mysterious death, and the lore of her ghost that remained in the aftermath. But when I began searching for the girl behind the ghost, I discovered a historical record that challenged the story we'd all been told. In In Part 1, I return to 1819, when the end of a life gave way to legend. More than 200 years later, the story of Hannah Chase begins to unravel.
