Sie will ihren Kindern nicht nur vermitteln, was sie für wichtig hält - was sie seit Tag 1 ihres Mama-Seins macht - sondern es auch vorleben. Wir sprechen über persönliche Grenzen, Grenzen im Namen der Kinder, konstruktive Kommunikation, verschiedene Arten von täglichem Stress und wie sie mit all den Themen umgeht. Clara erzählt von ihren Vorfreuden und auch „Vor-Sorgen“ mit Blick auf das dritte Kind und lässt uns daran teilhaben, wie sie das Leben nicht nur bewältigt, sondern mehr und mehr lernt, es so zu gestalten, dass sie es auch genießen kann.

In this episode she shares what needed to happen in her life as a mom in order to transition from old patterns and beliefs to an intentional, healthy and fulfilling life. She talks about the value of tending to her own needs and the importance of constant open communication with her husband. Gianna explains how her children each reflect different aspects of herself back to her and how bringing attention to those aspects as part of her healing journey led to her ability to meet her kids without judgment and therefore create a safe space for them to talk about their own challenges as they grow up.
