Amber and Khaïry close out season one with an unfiltered debrief — AI tool faceoff, their most surprising guests, and what’s on deck during the break.Amber here! It’s a wrap for season one of The Full On Podcast. In our last episode of this season, we covered a lot of ground - AI, life, and everything in between. * Claude vs. ChatGPT, real-world tested — Amber’s shares what she uses Claude Design for most and Khaïry breaks down why Claude Cowork wins on privacy for personal finance. But ChatGPT’s Work and Sites features are closing the gap fast. * The “everything sounds the same” problem — Claude users have noticed that even trained on a personal voice, outputs are starting to sound machine-y. What this means for your editing... Khairy and I also looked back on our first season and we share what’s next: * Most chaotic weeks of the last 90 days — a construction crew hammering through a recording session, and a launch week that collided with devastating personal loss. It’s Full On life ❤️ * The guests who surprised them most + why * What’s next — season one is wrapping, and both hosts share what’s filling the gap before season two: events, family podcasts, and new books. The $1.2M Funnel. A Designer Breaks Down Why It Worked.

Amber here! Before we dive in, I need to confess, Cathy Olson is one of my favorites. Co-founder of Funnel Gorgeous and FG Funnels, classically trained graphic designer, purple-haired visionary, and someone who will tell you the truth about your design. It’s all done in love because she knows what she is doing and she wants you to succeed. That’s exactly what Khaïry and I were chatting about when we absolutely had to pull Cathy in. We’d just been talking about my How to Clone Yourself book cover process — how I ended up bouncing between ChatGPT and Claude Design to get some ideas, and I nervously hand AI-generated mood boards to my cover designer. Cathy had thoughts, and they might surprise you! What followed was one of the most useful conversations I’ve had so far about AI and creative work: * Why AI design has the same problem AI writing had two years ago * What the Jesse Jean $1.2M yapping course launch teaches us about vibes versus conversion (yes we are talking about yapping - iykyk, it not, we’ve got you!) * Why Cathy retrained Claude on design reasoning from scratch to teach it how humans actually read a sales page One thing’s for sure, change is constant. It’s fun to chat through what the future of design may look like and dive into some serious examples of what is working now. Listen in and do share, are you yapping too? 😉 (Me and Cathy are! I start July 1) -Amber & Khaïry This is a public episode. If you would like to discuss this with other subscribers or get access to bonus episodes, visit www.thefullonpodcast.com

    The Privilege of Refusing AI

Amber here. Heyyy! Khaïry and I have both been in conversation with Marie-Ines separately for a while now. She’s the person we each DM when something in the AI world makes us go “wait, hold on.” We finally sat down together. Marie-Ines is a creative strategist and brand photographer based in the Netherlands who has been deep in this AI wave longer than most people want to admit they’ve been paying attention. She runs Codified — which is exactly what it sounds like — helping founders extract what’s in their heads and actually make it usable. She’s brilliant, and she’s got heart. I am sure you are going to love her. This conversation went a lot of directions, it’s exactly what The Full on Podcast was made for. Everything that we talk about in regular chats, on the record so we can connect with you too. You are going to want to listen in to haer: - The AWS summit diversity panel that was...not (Marie-Ines told them so) - Whether the girlbossification of AI criticism is a trap, and who benefits from women staying out - The privilege of refusing AI — Marie-Ines wrote the essay here on substack, and we got into it - What’s actually happening in Africa - and why that might be the most important AI conversation we’re not having - Her intelligent website build (agents trained on your voice, auto-publishing content - this might be an AI use case you haven’t thought of) - Why understanding how AI thinks first requires understanding how YOU think - VPN your social media feed. Trust us on this one. Lol, we’ll explain in the episode. Khaïry and I don’t always agree in this one. Marie-Ines doesn’t always agree with either of us. It keeps it fun and keeps us challenged. Listen in. We FULL ON love hanging out with you! — Amber & Khaïry This is a public episode. Takeaways from AI Week in Milan, a $100M case study, and why 90-day plans might be the new long-term.

Amber here! I went to Milan for AI Week and I’m back with all the scoop. The conference wasn’t actually a week long. It was only two days. And, honestly, I only went one day. The second day I went to Milan city center to explore. I mean, when in Milan, you’ve got to! But that says nothing about the conference. I really enjoyed it and I got what I came for. This week, I’m sharing the good, the bad, and the part that made me feel very suspicious. We covered a lot in this episode, like: * The moment at Milan that made Amber feel very uneasy * The two specific things nobody at AI Week wanted to talk about. * A $100M ad budget, cut by 25%, with better results. The HelloFresh breakdown. * Work is our soul. Or is it? The debate that branding expert Emily Hickey sparked. * Khaïry’s Sunday 5pm mood problem, and what AI said when she finally asked about it. * The scuba instructor who moved to consulting “for his mom.” The look on his face. * Dr. Becky’s take on AI for kids. Let’s discuss. * Choose your hard. IKYK There is no plan right now that lasts more than 90 days. - Khaïry We are excited to hear your reactions to all of this too. -Amber & Khaïry [00:00] Intro [00:42] Milan + what was actually there [11:43] The friction debate [21:13] Work, identity, and the AI fear underneath [33:47] The $100M case study [42:34] Voice AI outbound [45:54] Takeaways This is a public episode. What We're Building, What We Killed + the Viktor Story

Khaïry writing this week. Amber and I have been having the same conversation for months. Across mastermind calls. Across Zoom. Across WhatsApp voice notes that ping back and forth between Lisbon and Croatia. Last week we sat down and recorded it. Six questions. No script. We guessed each other’s answers before saying our own. I guessed three of hers right. She guessed several of mine right and I’m not over it. The questions: * What did you kill in your business in the last 90 days? * What’s the dumbest thing you spent money on this year? * What’s the smartest thing you spent money on this year? * What’s the offer you’re scared to put out? * What’s the bet you’re making for the next six months? * The hill you’d die on right now. What you’ll hear: * A four-figure expense one of us is paying off in installments and doesn’t remember the password to * A nutritionist who told one of us the opposite of what everyone else had said * An automation one of us built and has since killed * An offer one of us has been working on for years and hasn’t released yet * A piece of personal news that has been a six-year story, and the story has an ending now * The hill one of us would die on right now, about something most people don’t expect * An AI tool one of us is testing that introduced itself to her team in a way she did not plan Show structure 00:00 The Open 04:30 The Conversation: the game 38:00 The Work: AI tactics we’re testing this week 49:00 The Wrap Up If you don’t want to miss the next episode, subscribe! Khaïry & Amber P.S. Episode 2 is also live today. We pulled our friends Lana and Heidi in and played yay or nay on the AI future. Three things you’d expect us to all agree on. We disagreed on every one of them. This is a public episode. If you would like to discuss this with other subscribers or get access to bonus episodes, visit www.thefullonpodcast.com
