    Dancing the DNA

Kahreela sits down with Katie for a rich and expansive conversation exploring the sacred power of dance as a pathway to healing, expression, remembrance, and transformation. Together, they delve into Katie’s extraordinary journey with Sacred Dance and the profound ways movement can reconnect us to the body, the spirit, and something far older and deeper than words. The discussion weaves through the ancient wisdom carried within the body itself, the ancestral roots of sacred movement traditions, and the deep relationship between dance, ritual, and the lands from which these practices originate. Grounded yet deeply evocative, the episode explores dance not simply as performance, but as prayer, embodiment, and a living connection to collective memory and human experience. Katie is an award-winning sacred dance therapist and the visionary creator of Awakened Bellydance. A renowned professional dancer, she is deeply devoted to empowering individuals through self-initiation, embodiment, and conscious movement. Her multidisciplinary expertise spans almost three decades and includes being a senior innerdance facilitator and trainer, Access Consciousness Practitioner, Energy Whisperer, and PADI Mermaid Instructor. Let Life F**K You

In this raw and reflective conversation, Kahreela, Ekbalu and Chantelle explore Tantra, embodiment, and the radical importance of presence in sex and intimacy. They discuss how trauma impacts our ability to feel safe in the body, challenge the illusion of “safe space” in the new-age spiritual scene, and break down the myths of manifestation — revealing how easily it can be misunderstood and misused. Chantelle is the Founder and a lead teacher and Tantric practitioner with the Embodied Awakening Academy. Chantelle has a passion for spiritual awakening, a deep love for people and a unique understanding of the psyche, the body and sexuality. Originally trained as a lawyer (LLB, University of Melbourne) with Hons in Philosophy, Chantelle went on to complete two years training in Rudolf Steiner Education, followed by the completion of a certificate in Holistic Counselling. A committed mother of two, her career started in wellness and women’s health whilst at the same time pursuing a corporate career, working her way up to become CEO of an interstate sales business. When Chantelle experienced a massive personal health crisis (cervical cancer) she then placed all her time and commitment into the alternative healing arts where she uncovered her heart’s vocation in Tantra. Not long after surrendering to her calling, Chantelle trained with one of the world’s largest contemporary sacred-sexuality training organisations. After supporting on trainings for several years and learning under some of the best Tantra Teachers in the world, she became a facilitator and trainer, covering Australia, Europe, Asia and the Middle-East. Chantelle has been working in the field of human development for almost two decades now and has dedicated her life to supporting individuals and groups across the planet to awaken consciousness in our sexuality and in our bodies, to release sexual trauma and de-armour blocks in the subtle body, to bring more awareness to the relationship between the inner and outer masculine and to awaken the deep feminine in women’s work. Chantelle resides in Bali with the EAA team, balancing her professional life of writing, private-practice, facilitating women’s work, workshops and travel with her much beloved family. She has a particular interest in supporting women to deepen in their love for themselves and others, and does so through The Living Tantra Series, as well as residential and online trainings and coaching. Belonging

Kahreela shares a soul-enriching conversation with Natalie exploring the meaning of the “old ways” — ancestral wisdom, forgotten traditions, and the deeper rhythms that once connected people to the land, to each other, and to themselves. Together, they discuss how these ancient ways continue to echo through modern culture, quietly shaping the way we think, live, and relate to the world around us. The conversation reflects on the growing disconnection within contemporary life and the importance of reclaiming grounded, shared practices that restore a sense of meaning, presence, and common humanity. Through spirituality, memory, and collective reconnection, they explore how returning to these deeper roots may help dissolve the dissonance many people feel in the modern world. Natalie Vickers continues in her direct Celtic lineage of women who work this way. In 1991 she entered her own path through homeopathy, training at the London College of Classical Homeopathy. Here she began to practice the art and science of the marriage between spirit and physical matter and its relationship to the human body. In 2001 Natalie had her first conscious shamanic experience. This led to her initiation in the shamanic way and the medicine wheel wisdom with Foster Perry along with other mystical teachings and experiences with Kristos Tsompanelis, both of Golden Hummingbird. She deepened her tutelage by travelling and working with Simon Buxton of the Sacred Trust, Betsy Bergstrom and Seidr with Annette Hørst. In 2011 she trained with the School of Lost Borders as a Vision Quest guide and continues to sit in circle in various locations around the world. An important part of her work is initiating people into the shamanic way of being through the shape and rhythms of the medicine wheel and within nature. She does this whilst honouring the land upon which the work takes place and with an affinity for ceremony. Natalie was critically ill as a child. Through her close relationship to death she lives brightly. She is deeply compassionate to the individual way that the spirit of each of us is wiggling its way through to its true nature and calling, seeing clearly the unique contortions. To midwife this unfurling and revelation through the humanness of each individual is her passion. She does this in part by becoming the empty bowl for the individual’s story. Natalie dances, walks, laughs and hugs a lot, stepping adventurously into the mystic life. She especially loves to be among the stones of the far west of Cornwall and spending time with her three children. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.

    You can't do it alone

Kahreela and Ekbalu sit down for a powerful, intimate conversation with Nikki Antonaccio — The Nutrition Psychology Coach, recognised as one of the UK’s leading trauma-informed women’s health practitioners. Known for her work helping ambitious women break free from emotional eating, chronic stress, and burnout, Nikki brings a rare blend of compassion, clinical insight, and lived experience to every discussion. What unfolds between them is a deep and honest exploration of how trauma and nervous system dysregulation shape women’s health on every level—from hormones and hunger signals to energy, focus, and self-worth. They delve into the psychology behind emotional eating, revealing why willpower has so little to do with lasting change, and why the real work begins in the body’s sense of safety. The conversation moves through experiences of ADHD and high-functioning anxiety, shedding light on how these internal landscapes affect performance, wellbeing, and the pressure to “keep it all together.” It also touches tenderly on healing from narcissistic abuse, the slow rebuilding of trust in oneself, and what it means to reclaim the body as a place of home again. Together, they rethink what success and achievement look like for women who have been conditioned to push through their own needs, and they explore how nervous system regulation can transform not just weight loss, but clarity, emotional resilience, and the ability to thrive in everyday life. Nikki’s presence grounds the entire conversation, weaving together nutrition psychology, trauma-informed coaching, and somatic wisdom to show that sustainable change is never about restriction — it’s about finally feeling safe enough to shift. About Nikki AntonaccioNikki is a trauma-informed women’s health and nutrition psychology coach, speaker, and founder of Best Version Yet™, a holistic coaching brand helping ambitious women regulate their nervous systems, heal emotional eating, and thrive in life, business, and health. Her approach blends neuroscience, psychology, and somatic coaching to create transformation from the inside out. Hosted on Acast. See acast.com/privacy for more information.
