Inside this podcast, you’ll find: Honest and relatable conversations Biblical truth for emotional healing Practical steps to break free from shame and regret Encouragement to remove the mask and live authentically Guidance on building healthy boundaries and walking confidently in your God-given identity. I know what it feels like to live for everyone else’s approval while silently struggling inside. To smile outwardly while inwardly feeling broken, guilty, ashamed, and unworthy. As a Christian woman actively serving in church leadership, I found myself in a relationship that did not glorify God. I became pregnant out of wedlock, and shortly after, my fiancé disappeared when he found out about the pregnancy. Suddenly, I went from being the “good Christian woman” to feeling exposed, abandoned, and completely ashamed. All I wanted to do was hide. I loved God deeply. But I was silently struggling. Everything began to change when this Scripture came alive to me: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” — 3 John 1:2 I realised God didn’t just care about my spiritual life—He cared about my soul: my mind, emotions, inner healing, and restoration. That revelation started me on a journey of emotional healing, renewing my mind with God’s truth, and learning how to truly live free. And now, I want to walk that journey with you. So, grab your favourite drink, get comfortable, and let’s heal together. 🤍
