House of Her

House of Her

House of Her is a self-growth podcast for women in their 20 and 30's navigating life transitions, relationships, and personal evolution, guided by the 4 Rooms Framework. In this first episode, I’m sharing the story behind why I created this space, and the journey that led me here, navigating some of the most defining life transitions along the way. Over the last seven years, I’ve moved through heartbreak, identity shifts, career pivots, and moments where nothing felt certain. Every time I thought I had a plan, life asked me to pivot. But in those moments, I was given something unexpected: the opportunity to rebuild and design my life with intention. Through that process, I developed what I now call the 4 Rooms Framework: 1. Decision Making Room 2. Building Your Vessels Room 3. Manifesting Room 4. Surrendering Room This podcast is an invitation to walk through those rooms with me. Everything I share comes directly from my heart, tools, practices, and perspectives that have supported me in becoming more grounded, more clear, and aligned with the highest version of myself. If you’re in a season of change… or deep in a period of self-growth, stepping into a new version of yourself… You’re in the right place. Ep. 12 | Linear Vs. Nonlinear Life Paths

This week, Leah sits down for a solo episode on living a linear vs. nonlinear life and explores why the chapters that don’t go according to plan can sometimes become the most meaningful. Leah also shares the deeper reason she started the House of Her podcast. During her own nonlinear journey, there were many moments when she felt lost, alone, and unsure of what came next. Through that experience, she began creating the framework she wished she had, something that could offer other women support and a clearer path forward as they navigate their own in between chapters. In this episode, Leah shares three ways she has learned to look at nonlinear seasons differently: An opportunity to rebuild yourself. Sometimes starting over gives you the space to reconnect with yourself physically, spiritually, emotionally, and intellectually. It can become a blank canvas, an invitation to rediscover who you are and decide who you want to become. An invitation to grow and transform. The chapters that challenge us are often the ones that change us the most. They stretch us beyond what is comfortable and familiar and invite us to grow into new versions of ourselves. A deeper capacity to feel and appreciate life. Moving through darker seasons can create more depth within us. When you have experienced the lows, you may find yourself with a greater capacity for gratitude, joy, love, and appreciation for the beautiful moments when they arrive.  Connect with House of Her Subscribe on YouTubeInstagram: @houseofhermediaInstagram: @leahnierman
