    המתכון של אלון לרוטב עגבניות:🔪 חותכים שני בצלים גדולים 🧅 ושן שום אחת 🧄 לקוביות קטנות.🍳 לוקחים מחבת גדולה, ושמים בה שמן זית בנדיבות.🔥 מטגנים את הבצל והשום על אש נמוכה.כשהם מזהיבים, מוסיפים פחית אחת של עגבניות מרוסקות , ועלי בזיליקום 🌿 ואורגנו.🧂 מוסיפים מלח ופלפל לפי הטעם.⏱️ מבשלים הרבה זמן וטועמים 🥄. כשזה טעים, אפשר לערבב עם הפסטה 🍝. Alon's Tomato Sauce Recipe:🔪 Dice two large onions 🧅 and one garlic clove 🧄 into small cubes.🍳 Take a large pan and add a generous amount of olive oil .🔥 Sauté the onion and garlic over low heat.When they turn golden, add one can of crushed tomatoes , along with basil leaves 🌿 and oregano.🧂 Add salt and pepper to taste.⏱️ Simmer for a long time and taste 🥄.
