    S2E2 - Palm Reading

Welcome to Season 2 of Universe Zero If you love Anime, Dungeons and Dragons, TTRPGs and all things roleplaying then you will love Universe Zero, an actual play podcast that takes after all our favorite Anime, manga and comics in this fast paced, high-energy system where anyone can push past their limits and discover who they are! LAST TIME ON UNIVERSE ZERO Fur flew, weeds pulled and houses were rummaged as Johnny, Marvin and Dart used the abandoned ruins of a totally not haunted house as a sparring ground to stretch their legs and build friendship even if it almost led to a concussion as they took a break from their road trip. Being parched, dried, and jerkied, Dart jumped out of the van in search of any source of liquid to satiate his need for moister. Finding empty pipes and mounds of garbage all was almost lost until Dart found a bottle of water that turned this almost family friendly podcast will into raw pg-13 fan fiction. While Dart inspired Maddie skippers rom afar, Marvin and Johnny found a pond, overgrown bounty and a rock garden perfect for a little practice. While Johnny focused on pulling weeds and raking rocks, Marvin found an old shrine and made sure it was cleaned before venturing into the house and finding a secret Note book, and talisman that has some mystical purpose yet to be determined. Meanwhile out in the garden Marvin continued his moister montage as he dowsed himself making his clothes cling to every crevice and curve. And with the field ready, veggies picked and skin soaked. Our trio was ready to end their day with a good sparring session Yet MArvin turned it into a dance off until Johnny overcame his grooving gyrations and delivered a devastating blow to Marvin, only for dart to even the the playing field and then tap out, realizing that sparing is all good until people don’t pull their punches and an injuries happen. Being the last man standing by default Marvin won the right to pick the radio station for the next leg of the trip. What will happen this time on universe zero? S2E1 We Don't Murder People

Last time on Universe Zero It has only been a few days since the end of the last season and our fabulous friends set out on an adventure to become their true selves and prepare for the Tournament under the Sky that is only a year away, time is ticking down. Marvin, Our Magnetic Mystic, was thrust into the bizarre last season as a mysterious Modern Man with a solid drip, turned the page on our Nullian neighbor and cracked open the seal on Marvin's internal power through a series of small challenges, culminating at directing a menacing and mangled ghost toward our friends. While Dart, or fist full of oblivious to human interactions, froggle mechanic, dip, dodges, and dashed past romantic connections while fostering a fierce friendship with Johnny Norman, our narrator's missive generator. Now having cleared Johnny’s debt, repairing their dojo, and pooling their capital together, the 3 best friends head out on a road trip around the continent of Frutzu as they seek out Martial art Mentors to expand their abilities before the tournament's registration date… Realizing that sitting for hours at a time is a pain in the butt, the team needs to get out and stretch their legs and fight off the boredom as they are still figuring out how to fill the silence of a long road trip. Lucky for them there seems to be a rest area just up the road for them to pull over and exercise before the next leg of their journey. Hey there dungeons and dragons nerds, dnd fans, and TTRPG geeks! Welcome to Universe Zero an Actual play podcast were I James will lead these adventurers into the manic, and bizarro world, pulling inspiration from all my favorite childhood anime, Manga, and Comics, blending it into this fast paced high energy world where anyone can push past their limits and become the Hero of their own story. ----------- Content Warning! If certain episodes or scenes become uncomfortable, we strongly suggest taking a break or skipping that particular episode. ----------------------------- We placed our Nullian Magician in a precarious spot, to help or to hide and our little grey hero decided to deal his own fate and help our temporary NPC Kanashi Pai. Stepping in front of the Twisted man and calling for the release of the Kanashi, we saw a glimmer of heroism from our Nullian on who’se on a sabbatical. However this conflict caused a strange gale force wind to damaging darts dojo, forcing Darts hand and to step into the frey to lend his webbed finlanges in vanquishing this grossly gyroscopic ghoul, if only he could see this being. Luckily for both our allies, Dart held a temporary ticket, gifted from their enigmatic patron Velvet, that allowed dart to see these gross ghosts and prune its wiley whipping legs. From Falling in the dark, to following an illuminated path this combat quickly turned in our friends favor as they worked as a team and Marvin channeled his sparkly fingers into a lightning lasso holding this hollow spirit in place as Dart hopped around it and cut it down to size, as Marvin learned he could capture this spirit in his spectral spell book… That’s definitely not going to be a bad thing later… not at all. But, now with a few bruises and the power of teamwork under their yellow belts yet again, are our alien allies ready to leave the nest and travel the world with their llama lad Johnny for further growth?
