    10 — Metabolism 101

    August on the Insight into Health podcast is all about “demystifying metabolism,” starting with Metabolism 101. I talked about what metabolism is, the dynamic ways it works to keep you alive, and how referring to metabolism as “slow” or “fast” misses the mark.
