    "Years on the lead"

On todays episode I have the privilege of sitting down with my friend Cale. Cale is a 27+ veteran of law enforcement, with the bulk of that running dogs. He has earned his doctorate of dogology. Patrol dogs. Scent work. Narcotics interdiction. Chasing down bandits in the dark and delivering the kind of love only a fur missile can give. He is a walking encyclopedia of K-9 knowledge and experience and has been a trusted advisor and friend as I try not to be the dumb end of the leash.....Its a great conversation, hope you enjoy it as much as I did! Comments are open. If you have any feedback, let me have it.

    "The long watch"

On todays episode, I sit down with my good friend Craig. Craig has over 36 years in law enforcement, and his insight and hard earned wisdom is a treat to listen to. Craig is still a working copper, and I know from first hand experience that his sword is still sharp, and he still has chops. It was a privilege to spend a little time with him in this episode!

    "Lift assists & Lab Results"

On todays episode, I sit down with my good friend and healthcare provider Kris Jenkins N.P. Kris is a full time firefighter and Nurse Practitioner who runs a clinic that focuses on the First Responder community. Kris gets it. He understands the unique health challenges First Responders face, and offers a full spectrum of treatments ranging from hormone therapy to stem cell therapy, peptides, regenerative medicine, to PRP treatment. Full disclosure, I am a current patient and would recommend his practice without hesitation to my compadres in public safety. A consult can be booked at www.forgecellularmedicine.com, or text 833-322-7291.

    "Heart of a Survivor"

On todays episode I have the privilege of speaking with Paul. Paul was a DEA task force agent, SWAT operator, team leader, K-9 handler, and was ten months shy of retirement when he had a medical incident on duty that ultimately led to an early forced retirement. Although devastating and as you will hear, full of frustrations and disappointments, Paul refused to give up. He is truly a peaceful warrior. It was a treat to have him on the show to share the wisdom and insight he has so rightfully earned.

This episode really lays it out on what its like to be there for people when they are having, in many instances the worst day of their lives.
