Moving Beyond Fear, Returning to Love & Remembering Why You’re Here

What if, beneath everything you've learned, experienced and been conditioned to believe, there is a deeper truth about who you are? In this episode, I’m sharing a perspective that has been becoming increasingly important to me - the idea that we come into this life from love, from Source, from a deeper field of consciousness, and that perhaps part of being human is remembering that connection. I talk about what it means to see ourselves not as separate, but as part of something much greater — connected to one another, to nature, to the planet and to the world around us. I also explore one of the biggest things I believe keeps us from living fully: fear. So many of the decisions we make can be shaped by fear. What will people think? What if I fail? What if I get it wrong? What if I follow what I really want and it doesn't work out? But what if fear isn't who you are? What if so much of what we call fear is actually conditioning, stories and beliefs we've absorbed throughout our lives? And what becomes possible when we begin to question those stories and choose to move from love instead? I also share more about my upcoming New Moon Circle — a beautiful afternoon for women to pause, reconnect, reflect, set intentions and create space for what wants to unfold. A conversation about love, fear, consciousness, connection, purpose, remembering who you are and what might become possible when you stop allowing fear to make your choices for you.

You Won’t Break My Soul: Turning Challenges Into Liberation

There will be people and situations in life that challenge you, test your boundaries and sometimes make you question yourself. But what if those moments aren't here to break you? In this episode, I’m talking about protecting your inner fire, staying rooted in yourself and learning to hold your ground when someone or something tries to pull you away from your path. I share some of the simple practices I use after conflict or difficult situations — from dancing it out and shaking it off, to getting into nature and grounding myself — and why coming back to the body can help us reconnect with our centre, our purpose and our why. I also share a shift that has happened for me over the years: instead of fearing challenges, I’ve started to get excited by them. When I feel that tightness in my chest or that uneasy feeling in my body, I now see it as an invitation to look deeper. To face something. To integrate something. To grow. Because sometimes the very thing challenging us is also the thing creating the space for our next evolution. I also explore how this connects with liberation, identity and The ALIGN Method™ — and what happens when we stop allowing old versions of ourselves, other people or fear to dictate who we become. You won't break my soul. You might challenge me.You might shake me.You might force me to grow. But I get to choose who I become on the other side.
