    What happens when the things that once felt normal don’t feel normal anymore?     Community: Common Unity — Week 4 | Better Together

    What is community ultimately for? In the final week of COMMUNITY: Common Unity, we explore Acts 2:42–47 and discover what happened when the early church moved beyond simply gathering together and began sharing life, meeting needs, serving others, and becoming a visible witness of Jesus to the world around them. Biblical community requires participation. The gifts God has placed in us were never intended only for us.     Put Your Faith Where Your Fear Is | Faith Must Be Renewed

Sometimes it isn’t one major event that shakes your faith. It’s the accumulation of everything. The prayers you’re still waiting on. The disappointment you didn’t expect. The loss you are learning to live with. The responsibilities that never seem to stop. You still believe in God, but if you’re truthful, life has chipped away at some of your expectation. This Sunday we’re closing PUT YOUR FAITH WHERE YOUR FEAR IS with a message I believe many of us need. FAITH MUST BE RENEWED. God never expected us to pretend we never get tired. His Word teaches us how to return to the source, remember His faithfulness, allow others to strengthen us and begin practicing faith again. Your faith may have been chipped, but it has not been destroyed. Come ready to be renewed.

    Put Your Faith Where Your Fear Is | Faith Has To Trust

    Speaker: Pastor Tanya Samuel  Series: Put Your Faith Where Your Fear Is  Scripture: Mark 4:35-41 Recorded: August 23, 2026  There are moments when the hardest part of faith isn’t believing God can do something. It’s trusting Him when He doesn’t seem to be doing anything. You prayed, but nothing changed. You’ve been doing your best, but the pressure keeps building. You thought God told you where you were going, but somewhere between the promise and the destination, problems arose. That’s exactly where the disciples found themselves in Mark 4:35–41. They were fighting for their lives while Jesus was asleep in the boat. And eventually they asked the question many of us have thought: “Master, carest thou not that we perish?” God, do You see this? Do You care? Why aren’t You doing something? This week in PUT YOUR FAITH WHERE YOUR FEAR IS, we’re talking about FAITH HAS TO TRUST. Jesus told them, “Let us pass over unto the other side” before the storm ever started. The storm didn’t cancel what Jesus said. And His silence while sleeping didn’t mean He wasn’t present. Sometimes faith is trusting God when you can’t trace what He’s doing. Sometimes faith is remembering what He said before the storm started. And sometimes faith is realizing that if Jesus is still in the boat, you have not been abandoned. God’s silence is not God’s absence.
