"Antioxidants & Aging - The new AA"

Aging is so misunderstood that if asked the simple question "What is aging?", how would you answer? In this episode I attempt to answer this as sensibly as possibly.

"The dark history of Jingle Bells"

Jingle Bells was created by a racist person in Medford, MA who introduced his song in Minstrel shows for money. The exploitation of black people was so lucrative that this song became a huge success and an American family holiday tradition. The composer of this song later left his abolitionist parents and traveled south to join ranks with the Confederacy and fight in the Civil War. His sister then had a child who used his proceeds to finance banks. We know his nephew as J.P. Morgan. America was built on filth. https://grindstoneuniversal.com/

"Sick of being poor? Do this."

If things stay the same, things will stay the same. Ask yourself what you're doing to shake things up in your life. What book are you reading? What course are you taking? What new habits are you creating? I recently took an A.I. course and learned just how much I don't know about the changing world in which we live. Repurpose yourself to prepare for a better life.
