It’s almost time! After the last couple of months spent planning, reaching out to guests, having conversations, and recording stories, Season 2 of Travel Stories That Stay premieres next week, on Wednesday, October 21, 2026! Season 1 was a solo adventure. I was finding my voice, experimenting with the format, and sharing my own travel experiences and the lessons they taught me. It was a wonderful starting point, but after many years of exchanging travel stories with friends and strangers, I know that travel has the power to expand our views, light us up inside, and change us in different ways. There’s so much we can learn from each other. So, for Season 2, I’m opening the door to a broader world of voices. This season, you’ll hear from fellow travellers as they share personal stories of adventure, connection, unexpected moments, and experiences that changed something within them. After each story, I’ll sit down with the storyteller for a deeper conversation about what happened, what they learned, and how their journey continues to shape the way they see the world and their lives. I can’t wait for you to meet these wonderful people and discover their stories. My hope is that their experiences will spark your curiosity, invite you to reflect on your own journeys, and remind you that travel doesn’t just change how we see the world; it can change how we move through our everyday lives. There’s one other change this season: instead of publishing every week, I’ll be releasing new episodes and accompanying posts every other week. This gives each story a little more room to breathe, and gives us all a chance to sit with what we’ve heard before moving on to the next journey. It also allows me to keep up and balance this podcast with my other work and family life too! Season 2 premieres October 21, 2026.
