    Weekly Review 7 July 30

    There will be just 2 weeks of this podcast remaining! And 2 days. 2 + 2 = 4. All satisfying numbers. Joking, sort of. Last night there was a thud, listen in to figure out what my OCD made of that.

    On this episode I speak with Dr. Jessica Bodie about all things OCD. Dr. Bodie is Clinical Psychologist and Director of Child Services at the Center for the Treatment and Study of Anxiety (CTSA) in the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.     July 9 therapy bites five

    I'm still in weekly therapy for OCD! And I really like it. I feel better after seeing my therapist. Maybe this is why I got multiple degrees in psychology - because I think the human mind is so interesting.  These recordings will end August 15th. !! I’ll still have OCD after that point, but the big gainz of therapy will be partially realized by then. And I want to give myself a stop date so I can take a break from recording.
