Episode 35: I Can Move Without Rushing | Daily Affirmation Drop

Everything important does not have to feel urgent. In this Wednesday Daily Affirmation Drop, we are taking a breath for the woman who has been moving through life as if every decision is an emergency. Pressure may feel productive, but it is not proof of commitment—and you do not have to exhaust yourself to show that your dreams matter. This episode is a gentle reset from anxious rushing to clear, intentional movement. Together, we release fearful deadlines, make room for thoughtful decisions, and affirm that pausing does not erase our progress. You can be focused and gentle with yourself at the same time. You can be ambitious without making anxiety your manager. You can move forward without turning every step into a race. Take a slow breath, let the words settle, and allow one honest step to be enough for today. Stay grounded. Stay growing. And always remember—we the plug.

Episode 34: When Your Life Doesn’t Look Like the Plan | SOS

Have you ever looked around at your life and thought, This is not how I pictured it? In this Monday SOS, we sit with the quiet grief that can come when relationships, careers, family, dreams, and personal timelines change. You can be grateful for your life and still grieve what you thought it would be. Both things can be true. But the life in front of you still belongs to you. This episode is an invitation to stop withholding your presence from today because it does not match yesterday’s plan. We are making room to honor what changed, recognize what is still possible from here, and allow the woman we are today to revise the plan with wisdom, faith, tenderness, boundaries, and grace. Take a breath, repeat the affirmations, and choose one part of the life in front of you to meet with fresh eyes. Your life does not have to match the plan to become something beautiful. Stay grounded. Stay growing. And always remember—we the plug.

Episode 31: Nana, MiMa, Glamma - Don't We All Matter? | SOS

Nana, MiMa, Glamma - whatever name you have chosen, your relationship with your grandchildren carries its own love, memories, and meaning. But what happens when the mother's side and the father's side begin to feel like competing teams? In this SOS episode, we open an honest conversation about grandmothers, parents, family boundaries, and the village surrounding our children. We talk about feeling overlooked, comparing access, honoring the parents' leadership, and refusing to make children carry adult tension. Every healthy relationship may not look the same, but different does not mean less. A strong village does not need a winning side. It needs people who can communicate, respect one another, and keep the child's well-being at the center. Listen, reflect, and share this episode with someone who believes our children deserve a village built on love rather than competition. Stay grounded. Stay growing. And always remember - we the plug.

Episode 30: Celebrate the Woman She Became | Feel Good Friday

If the little girl you once were could spend this Friday with you, what would make her smile? In this Feel Good Friday episode, we are closing our “Little Girl in the Mirror” week by celebrating the woman she became. We are honoring the wisdom in her eyes, the courage in her choices, the joy she found again, and the beautiful life she is still building. This is your invitation to pause and name three things your younger self would be proud of: one thing about your character, one thing about your life today, and one thing about the future you are creating. Turn up the music, make a little room, and celebrate yourself. Your younger self would be smiling at you right now—and the woman you are today deserves to smile too. Stay grounded. Stay growing. And always remember—WeDa plug.

Episode 29: She Would Be Proud of Me|Daily Affirmation Drop

If the little girl you once were could see you today, what would she notice? In this Daily Affirmation Drop, we’re taking a gentle midweek pause to honor the woman you have become—not only for the milestones, but for the quiet courage, deeper wisdom, protected peace, and grace you have gained along the way. This affirmation is an invitation to become the safe, loving voice your younger self needed. Release the pressure to have everything figured out, speak to yourself with patience, and remember that unfinished does not mean unworthy. Repeat after me: I honor the little girl I once was. I am proud of how far we have come. I trust the woman I am becoming. She would be proud of me—and today, I am proud of myself. Stay grounded. Stay growing. And always remember—we the plug.
