Episode 13: What the Fire Couldn’t Destroy

What if the areas of your life that look burned, broken, or too far gone aren’t the end of the story? In Nehemiah 4:2, Sanballat mocked the Israelites by asking, “Will they revive the stones out of the heaps of rubbish, and burned ones at that?” In today’s episode, we’ll look at the surprising ways a burned tree can bring forth new life—and what they can teach us about staying rooted in Christ, hiding God’s Word in our hearts, and trusting Him with the places that have been changed by the fire. Sweet mom, the rubble doesn’t get the final word. The fire doesn’t get the final word. God does. -------------------- Thank you for spending these few moments with me at the Well. I pray today's episode reminded you that you are deeply loved, seen, and never alone in your motherhood journey. If you'd like to continue growing together, I'd love to connect with you. Episode 12: Don't Let Discouragement Stop the Rebuilding (Part II)

What if the progress you’re waiting for simply needs more time? In this episode of Devotions at the Well, we reflect on Sanballat’s mocking question in Nehemiah 4:2: “Will they finish up in a day?” Like an olive tree that can take years to bear fruit, some of the most meaningful work in our lives happens slowly. Motherhood, healing, spiritual growth, and answered prayers don’t always follow the timelines we imagined. Come sit at the well as we talk about surrendering our timelines, trusting God in the waiting, and remaining faithful even when we can’t see the fruit yet. What feels delayed according to our timeline isn’t delayed in God’s hands. -------------------- Thank you for spending these few moments with me at the Well. I pray today's episode reminded you that you are deeply loved, seen, and never alone in your motherhood journey. If you'd like to continue growing together, I'd love to connect with you. Epidose 10: Pondering and Praying Through Nehemiah 2:20

Take a few quiet moments at the Well to ponder and pray through Nehemiah 2:20. Together, we’ll ask God to reveal the areas in our lives that need rebuilding, surrender them into His hands, and pray for His help as we build our families for His glory. And a little note from me: you may hear my baby crying in the background during this episode. I apologize in advance—but from one mom to another, that’s real life, right?  We’re meeting God right in the middle of motherhood, background noise and all. The good work has begun. Let us arise and build. -------------------- Thank you for spending these few moments with me at the Well. I pray today's episode reminded you that you are deeply loved, seen, and never alone in your motherhood journey. If you'd like to continue growing together, I'd love to connect with you.
