Great learning tool!

I’ve been listening to this podcast to try and have a better fundamental understanding of my guitar playing and music in general. It has been a lot of help and there have already been a few times during listening that I have had an a-ha moment where things clicked. Especially regarding major scale relationships with different modes. Thanks for the lessons!

Fantastic podcast

Having played guitar, off and on, for many years, rarely does one find a gifted teacher like Desi.
From complex concepts to seemingly simple suggestions, Desi has made “Physics” seem like “Addition.”

A new approach

I’ve played since 1980 and studied classical in college and taught. I doubted I would learn anything new but was looking for a new perspective on learning...
starting with throwing out the old school high E string traditions and focusing on visual patterns from the get go intrigued me and I am integrating some of his advice into my outdated practice methods... teaching an old dog new tricks!
