Nothing better

These meditations I come back to over and over again over any others I’ve ever heard!
I first found this podcast in 2015 when I was going through a very difficult time in my life and finally listened to my therapist about meditating everyday, sometimes more than once a day. I still use them now and even though my life has truly transformed from that period of time they speak to me in different ways now. What a gift they are! I hope Jenny is happy and well!
