Richard ~ TalkToMeGuy

Meet our host, Richard 'TalkToMeGuy' Olson. With over 35 years experience Richard Olson is a determined researcher and experienced alternative practitioner. He is a Master Herbalist and expert in a variety of other nutritional systems. Richard has extensive training in many body-energy modalities, including cranial sacral, Bowen Method, Swedish Esalen and EFT. Many energy healers have benefited from his background in Radio and sound technology; working with Richard in the development of effective use of 'The Voice'. His interesting mix of right brain intuition and left brain education guarantees a transformational and entertaining experience. Using the idea that frequencies contained in the voice are holographic representations of your state of health, the field of Human Bioacoustics was born. • Each person possesses unique harmonics of frequency that can be expressed through the voice. However, when these complex frequencies of the body become unbalanced, the voice primarily reflects this altered state, and the body manifests it as dis-stress or dis-ease at the structural and biochemical levels. In reality, there are no solids. We exist in a universe that consists entirely of energy. Einstein proved this. Frequency defines it. Frequency, as vibrational medicine, is at the heart of the world of wellness as we know it. Nearly thirty years of development by Sharry Edwards has shown that every muscle, compound, process, and structure of the body has a Frequency Equivalent™ that can be mathematically calculated. The body is a predictable math matrix. This provides the foundation for the concept that the body's ability to heal itself can originate as frequency interactions between the molecular signals of the entire body. When these patterns become discordant, dis-ease is the result. Human BioAcoustic Vocal Profiling can be used to determine which nutrient frequencies are required by the body.

One Girl. One dog. One Last Chance.

Thirteen-year-old Jenna Connor has already been hospitalized, medicated, and labeled a “psycho” by her classmates before her story even begins. Then she finds a stray border collie named Lucky, and everything starts to change. The man who wrote her story knows something about second chances. Dr. Terence Rousseau grew up in Leavenworth, Kansas, the son of an immigrant prison guard. He dropped out of college, spent a time homeless in Phoenix, and landed his first real job as a radio DJ in Dodge City. He joined the Army, became a military broadcaster, handled public affairs during Desert Storm, and ended up anchoring the evening news in Berlin. Then came a call to ministry, a shortwave program heard around the world, seminary studies in Michigan, and a language translation company he started and sold. And then one day his wife asked, “What are you going to do?” His answer: “I could be a doctor.” Twenty-six years of medicine later, he is a family medicine physician in a remote mountain village in New Mexico, who has cared for thousands of patients, from newborns to those taking their last breath. As he prepares to retire, he’s stepping into the one career he can practice anywhere: writing. His first novel, Jenna Finds a Dog, began as a screenplay he wrote during the COVID lockdown. It looks at childhood anger as something to understand rather than punish, and it weaves in what stress does to the body, how the nervous system can help us cope, and what a dog can teach us about healing. Frequency Based Wellness

What if your voice contains the secret blueprint to your health? What if the frequencies you carry could reveal not just what's disrupting your body, but precisely how to restore it? For over thirty years, Sharry Edwards has pioneered revolutionary discoveries at her Institute of BioAcoustic Biology. Her research reveals, that people facing similar health challenges share remarkably identical vocal patterns. Through voice analysis and targeted frequency applications, she's addressing everything from macular degeneration and brain trauma to fibromyalgia, thyroid disorders, and those stubborn, weight issues that seem to defy explanation. Edwards bridges ancient wisdom with cutting-edge science, demonstrating that we are sophisticated mathematical beings whose wellness can be managed through our individual, frequency signatures. Her work, connects frequency theory directly to our DNA templates, showing how our bodies can be programmed for optimal function and potentially, life extension itself. Standing among the rare modern guardians of profound mysteries, Sharry Edwards is revealing whether frequency represents our future or an ancient science we're finally rediscovering. Are we truly mathematical beings whose health, can be unlocked through the frequencies we naturally carry? The Lymph-Brain Connection

For more than three decades, John Ossipinsky has watched what happens when the body's drainage system gets ignored. Most people know the lymphatic system exists almost nobody treats it as the central regulator it actually is. That's the gap he works in. This show lives at the intersection of frequency, body intelligence, and self-directed healing and John fits right into that territory, just through a different lens: lymphatic flow as the physical substrate that lets energetic systems actually function. When cellular waste stalls, inflammation rises, fatigue sets in, and the nervous system loses bandwidth. John Ossipinsky, known as LymphMan, started his career as a lifeguard, an Army medic, and a FDNY firefighter, before becoming a Certified Lymphedema Therapist and Diplomate in CranioSacral Therapy. For over 30 years, he's helped thousands of people restore lymphatic flow work that became deeply personal after he spent 30 years battling severe irritable Bowel Syndrome, heart palpitations, weight gain, and restless leg syndrome himself. Once he began maintaining his lymphatic system in a specific way, his health issues began resolving within weeks and he went on to lose over 70 pounds. He's the author of; An Undetected Acid-Alkaline Imbalance, host of The Lymph-Brain Revolution podcast, and in 2023, the NIH itself confirmed something he's been clinical on for decades that lymphatic dysfunction may be where disease begins. Today, we're exploring the lymph-brain connection no pharma, no complexity, just the mechanics of cleanup and regulation. Undiagnosed: Seeing the Whole Elephant

Haresh Patel will be the first to tell you he's not the person you'd expect to hear on a show like this. He's a Silicon Valley CEO with an electrical engineering degree from Notre Dame, and he built his career on data, logic, and measurable outcomes. He believes in science and evidence-based medicine. For 55 years, his body staged rebellions that twelve specialists couldn't explain. Chronic hives covering 80% of his skin. Sleep disorders that defied every specialist. Heart conditions that four cardiologists initially missed, blockages that could have killed him. Each doctor measured their own piece of the puzzle. Dermatologists saw skin, cardiologists saw hearts, endocrinologists saw hormones. No one stepped back to see the whole elephant. The breakthrough didn't come from another blood test or MRI. It came from two strangers, an Ayurvedic doctor in a Costa Rican jungle and a spiritual healer at a California wedding, who delivered the same diagnosis. When he finally followed their guidance, the urticaria that had plagued him for over a decade, simply vanished. Haresh immigrated from India and founded Mercatus, the data platform that became a global standard in private equity before its acquisition by State Street. Now he's turned that same pattern-finding mind toward medicine, designing an app that gives physicians a diagnostic layer to see the full story of a patient's biology, history, and lived experience. His memoir, The Ghost in My Body: What Twelve Doctors Couldn't Find, is available now in paperback and e-book. It isn't about choosing between science and spirituality. It's about integrating them, which puts him right at the intersection this show explores. Today, we're talking about the millions of people living undiagnosed, and what it takes to finally be seen. The Solfeggio Code

Sharry Edwards has been called too scientific by some... too esoteric by others. Maybe that means she's doing something right. Sharry's work reaches back through time into the ancient Fibonacci sequences, into the Solfeggio tones that healers used long before modern medicine had a name, and brings them forward into the 21st century. Because, it turns out... the ancients were onto something. These number sequences, these foundational frequencies, don't just resonate with history. They resonate with you right now, in your own voice. Today we're going to explore those ancient foundational tones. Joining us today is Jill Mattson — a prolific artist, musician, author, and sound healing composer, with 16 intriguing and magical CDs using ancient and modern techniques and special healing frequencies. Jill is a five-time author, awarded Best Music and Book of the Year, with 9 Gold and 3 Silver Awards from COVR, and hundreds of media appearances to her name. Jill's newest work, The Magical Solfeggio Tones, is soon to be released — and today, we get a preview of what's inside.
