Fans of The Walking Dead know it's so much more than a zombie show. It's an emotionally rich, character-driven series about love and loss, and found family, and the lengths we'd go through to protect the people we care about. That's what's kept us coming back all these years. (And also we like zombies.) I’m Jason Cabassi. My cohost Karen and I started podcasting about The Walking Dead back in 2010. Along the way, I’ve appeared on the show a couple of times as a walker, hosted hundreds of Q&A panels with TWD actors at conventions across the U.S., and eventually teamed up with my current co-host, the witty and insightful Lucy Hinnie. Together—with some incredible guests—we’ve covered The Last of Us and every Walking Dead spinoff, from Fear to Dead City. Right now, we’re enjoying a rewatch of the original series—with the full story in mind—and diving into the moments that still hit hard. I am currently re-watching The Walking Dead and was researching a podcast that I could listen to during my walks or drives that recap the episodes. This podcast does exactly that. I’m currently going along with season three. I love listening to the conversations, because when you all first posted this podcast, it was as each episode was coming out. It is interesting to hear the thoughts and see how the predictions panned out. It has me excited to listen to the rest of the episodes. I’m currently just listening to the episodes about The Walking Dead, but maybe in the future I will explore the other bits.

Holy lord Jason. If you could hold some space for your cohosts lived experience and the perspective they’re bringing to the table instead of insisting on presenting your counter argument every time and then getting pressed when they want to engage in a rebuttal you would likely be a better podcaster.
