An updating of Kramer’ s late 80s game Auf Achse.(Nov ‘25 $50) Arcane wonders is putting out a new ed of Buffet Boss, a nifty Dexterity game ($30) DC Legendary will reportedly be out Q2 ‘26 from Upper Deck Ent. and will be $99 Synapse Games has announced Frosted Blooms, by Bruno Cathala and Ludovic Maublanc a lighter drafting/tile placement game for Mar ‘26 ($35) Tycoon Games will release Everdell:Silverfrost series, the latest take on the popular game series. Collector’s ed $100 and various upgrades for the game are available. And Tycoon games and their newly acquired Tiny Epic Line will be releasing Tiny Epic: Invincible which will be coming to KS soon. In hybrid Board and Digital companions release Pegasus Spiele will release Boss Fighters QR this month ($50). This has you fighting bosses in a campaign playing cards while the app responds to your plays in real time. ($40) UVS Games will release the Godzilla: Reign of Kaiju, themed set for UniVersus CCG March 26 Over on BGG Jamey Stegmeier announced that Origin Story a game which uses trick-taking and tableau building will release at Essen (Limited quantities) and worldwide in Nov (But likely not here in US until 2026?). Being Designed by Pete Wissinger has me VERY excited to check this one out. (Guess $25-30) Asmodee announced the US release of Libellud’s Take Time, a co-op puzzle game Oct 25 ($30) Using more Card Crafting mechanics in games-- Alderac Entertainment Group reportedly will release Misfit Heroes next year  April ‘26 This reminds me of Custom heroes and Ruins from John D Clair a bit. The Düngeonmeister Deck of Side Quests has 75 cards which can be drawn for instant side quests and role playing opportunities. ($19) DIGITAL Twilight Imperium coming to steam! Multiplayer solo and bots to be used in both. I can only hope they have Asych which seems like a no brainer but we’ll see. Both lighter games and both very easy to play and learn. Another big hotnesses I saw at the show was Cip Theory’s The Elder Scrolls: Betrayal of the Second Era with a new Crowdfunding coming before end of the year. Reported to be in the new campaign--a reprint and two new areas, two new classes,some other things to add to game play,and  an all in one storage solution. I am always a sucker for Gloomhaven as we all know, At their booth they unveiled the new Mercenary packs they will be releasing Hail, Irritable Enchanter; Anaphi, Fallen Lion; Satha, Mayor of Frosthaven; and Cassandra, Forgotten Diviner (From Forgotten Circles) All are now available on their site for $20 each Next up a game I played and liked and got some buzz was Koi by DV games. (`$45) I mentioned both of these in the past but I got to see more about UVS games upcoming TMNT Set and the big thing which was all the rage but not for sale just yet was more unveiling of info and cards for Riftbound the LoL CCG Speaking of CCG, Upper Deck was showing off their new CCG as well called Rush of Ikorr, which seems to be a familiar CCG system but incorporating transparencies kinda like games like Mystic Vale to change things up in the decks CD Project RED unveiled The Witcher Legacy, listed on BGG as a 2027 release, which will be hitting Gamefound soon (more in the future once it’s up) Catalyst Game Labs, partnering with Crunchyroll will put out My Hero Academia Miniatures Game (Coming soon to KS) All miniatures will come preassembled and with a high quality pre-paint: a great premium collectible for easy, right-out-of-the-box plays.
