The Coach Jeff Podcast

I found you back in 2017 I think. I ran a few races with the Ultra Cowboy and didn’t know of him at all until I heard you talking about him. This ‘little blue ball’ truly is small. Don’t mind the haters. You handle them just fine on your own, but realize most of them are professional trolls and don’t in any way speak for those of us that love your show. Jeff has great information for the endurance athlete looking to improve performance. I love how he makes the podcast interactive and even does some of his recording on the run.

I have been an avid listener to the Coach Jeff podcast since 2010. As an endurance athlete, I gain a great deal from the Coach Jeff Podcast. I have participated in endurance events in the USA, Australia, Singapore and Japan. Coach Jeff's podcast is informative, entertaining and motivating.
