I think this is about a year from the last time that we released an episode of the show. And it's not because I didn't wanna come back to it, but I'm gonna say the show was a little bit more work than I thought it'd be just to come up with new content all the time. So I'm gonna do my best this time too, to keep it within the parameters that we can do here at Performance Place. I'm gonna share some loads, see if I can get some of the other clinicians on Dr. Don and Dr. Mandy would be good additions to the show, and they have good information to share as well.
