What I’m Noticing

Tara Harty

Conversations on emotional patterns, nervous system awareness, spirituality, relationships, identity, healing, and the quiet shifts that change us. This is a space for noticing differently. The patterns beneath the behavior. The stories beneath the reactions. The ways we shrink, protect, avoid, soften, grow, and become. Through grounded conversations, personal reflections, spiritual insight, and practical perspective, Tara shares what she’s noticing in herself, in women, in healing, and in the human experience. Soft. Honest. Expansive. A space to reflect, regulate, question, and become.

    When Life Gives you Choices

Have you ever been asked, “What would you love?” …and realized you didn’t know how to answer? In this episode, Tara reflects on a simple question that uncovered something much deeper: somewhere along the way, many of us stopped asking what we truly wanted and started asking what felt realistic. Together, we’ll explore how our environment can reinforce familiar thoughts, why we often dream within the limits of what we believe is available, and how awareness creates the space for new possibilities. This isn’t a conversation about wanting more. It’s a conversation about giving yourself permission to choose with intention, to notice the thoughts that no longer serve you, and to remember that you’re never truly stuck. Sometimes the most powerful transformation begins with one simple question: What would I truly love? Ps.. recorded at the beach and unedited Before you continue with your day, take a slow, deep breath. Place one hand on your heart. And if these words feel true for you, repeat them softly to yourself. I honor every season that has brought me here. I release the thoughts that no longer support the life I’m creating. I give myself permission to imagine beyond what I’ve always known. I trust my heart to guide my choices. I welcome new perspectives, new possibilities, and new beginnings. Today, I choose with intention. Today, I choose what I truly love. Take one more deep breath. Carry that question with you today… What would I truly love? And as always… Notice what you’re noticing. Have You Turned Spirituality Into Another To-Do List?

Have you ever noticed how something that once brought you so much joy slowly started feeling like another thing to get right? In this episode of What I’m Noticing with Tara, I’m sharing a deeply personal realization about my own spiritual journey—and how curiosity quietly became pressure. We explore what happens when we start searching outside ourselves for more signs, more certainty, and more answers, and why the very thing we’re trying to deepen can begin to feel heavy. This isn’t an episode about doing less spirituality. It’s about rediscovering the playfulness, trust, and presence that made you fall in love with your journey in the first place. In this episode, we’ll explore: • How curiosity can quietly turn into pressure • Why trying to control the outcome can disconnect us from our own inner wisdom • The difference between seeking guidance and trusting yourself • How healing is meant to help us live more fully—not become another item on our to-do list If you’ve been feeling like you’re trying so hard to grow, heal, or “get it right,” this conversation is your invitation to soften your grip, trust yourself a little more, and notice what you’re noticing. ✨ Looking to work together? Whether you’re interested in an Elevated Embodiment session, Becoming Her, sound healing, or an upcoming workshop, I’d love to connect.
