    HOW TO SCALE A BUSINESS, like actually.

    Bigger and scaled are not the same thing. Bigger means more clients, more money, more problems. More income, sure, but also more administrative load, more weight on your shoulders, more of you required to hold it all together. Scaled means leverage. Income goes up, the load goes up too, but you don’t feel it, because someone else or an AI employee is handling it. The business runs on light touches from you. Or without you. Market and sell your heart out!!! Nothing wrong with that. But if growth just means bigger problems and more of your own energy output, you will sabotage your growth, because your soul knows that it is made for FREEDOM, not a more glorious cage. You have to build leverage along the way, or growth never feels safe. I’ve been a coach for almost a decade. I’ve been scaling companies for the last two years, after years of failed attempts at my own. I made every mistake there was to make. Bad investments. Over invested. Financially dysregulated.     Only Good Can Come of This

    Have you ever writhed, wrestled and suffered with a challenge life has called upon you to have? You wrestle so long, cry to many times and ache for it to be over and gone so much, that one day you just can’t anymore. And in that stillness, that silence, something like surrender, or at least acceptance creeps in. As it does, you have a miracle moment: you begin to see purpose to it. Seeing the purpose doesn’t minimize the real, actual and felt hardship. But…. when we can see a higher purpose while also still in the hard, something strikes in us like lightning: a second wind, as it were. A will to keep on. And we orient to the suffering less like suffering, and more like clean pain. In this episode I’m going to share my real, lived experience with something I never, ever thought I would ever struggle with…. it’s always the types of struggles you never thought could ever happen to you, that seem to be the hardest to wrap our heads around.     A random Thursday, processing out loud I went live, unplanned, to process some of what came up after publishing Blue Beings Visited Me While I Was Meditating.
