    Your Authentic Voice Matters. No Reels Required.

    You guys. I woke up this morning and felt my THROAT OPEN. Like energy shooting up and outwards through my throat chakra! Strange things happen for me first thing in the morning because my guides are right there, my channel’s open, I can remember dreams, I can hear things, I see things. And today it was my voice. Then I hopped off this 30-minute training with Julie Ciardi that the Nova put on (which, okay, I have to toot my own horn, I kind of made that happen!!) and I was like... oh. THAT’S what my body was telling me. So here’s the thing. Instagram kind of colonizes your consciousness. You either dance to play or pay to play. Post it like this. Use these hooks. Make it this many minutes. I was born in ‘89, so I learned business inside the ecosystem of social media and I didn’t know different! And I didn’t realize how much my natural flow of inspiration was getting pinched, because I was spending so much energy formatting my creativity to feed this monster. The Instagram algorithm was just this constant nom, nom, nom chomping snake. 🐍 Then Julie came along. And she was like a splash of cold water on my face from a fairy godmother. She’s somehow over 50 but just looks like a sparkly fairy godmother babe!! She gave me the permission I didn’t even know I needed: to create how I wanted to f*****g create. To stop dancing around doing reels! I didn’t want to dance. I thought I had to dance. I LIKE dancing. Just not in front of people and definitely not in my business. 😂 And I feel emotional saying this, but I didn’t realize how draining and honestly humiliating it was to twist myself into a pretzel. Isn’t that what women are SO good at? We’re so good at it we don’t even know we’re doing it. It’s second nature at this point. Thank you, patriarchy. Finding the soapbox of my soul, not a niche for my business, not for anyone, for ME, was a release of handcuffs on my channel. My articles lately have felt SO good to write. And now I’m ready. I’m running ads. I’m bringing people in! Because my voice is clear and potent. It’s real. It’s not contrived, not watered down, not abandoning myself. God damn it, I worked my patootie off for this, and of course I want to share it with more people!! So here’s my challenge to you, wherever you are on your creator journey: Take inventory. Where have all the little apps and scheduled things and the tings and the dings started to control you? Censor you? Twist you into a little pretzel of creativity that isn’t how you’d ever naturally express yourself on this planet? Clean that s**t out!! It’s October, and here in Arizona that feels like spring because summer is basically our winter. So consider this your spring cleaning. ✨ The world needs your full, unadulterated channel. Not watered down. Not put in a format. It is your divinity. You are the hope humanity has. We all are!!     HOW TO SCALE A BUSINESS, like actually.

    Bigger and scaled are not the same thing. Bigger means more clients, more money, more problems. More income, sure, but also more administrative load, more weight on your shoulders, more of you required to hold it all together. Scaled means leverage. Income goes up, the load goes up too, but you don’t feel it, because someone else or an AI employee is handling it. The business runs on light touches from you. Or without you. Market and sell your heart out!!! Nothing wrong with that. But if growth just means bigger problems and more of your own energy output, you will sabotage your growth, because your soul knows that it is made for FREEDOM, not a more glorious cage. You have to build leverage along the way, or growth never feels safe. I’ve been a coach for almost a decade. I’ve been scaling companies for the last two years, after years of failed attempts at my own. I made every mistake there was to make. Bad investments. Over invested. Financially dysregulated.     Only Good Can Come of This

    Have you ever writhed, wrestled and suffered with a challenge life has called upon you to have? You wrestle so long, cry to many times and ache for it to be over and gone so much, that one day you just can’t anymore. And in that stillness, that silence, something like surrender, or at least acceptance creeps in. As it does, you have a miracle moment: you begin to see purpose to it. Seeing the purpose doesn’t minimize the real, actual and felt hardship. But…. when we can see a higher purpose while also still in the hard, something strikes in us like lightning: a second wind, as it were. A will to keep on. And we orient to the suffering less like suffering, and more like clean pain. In this episode I’m going to share my real, lived experience with something I never, ever thought I would ever struggle with…. it’s always the types of struggles you never thought could ever happen to you, that seem to be the hardest to wrap our heads around.
