What If Horsemanship Is About More Than the Horse? | Carl & Tammy on The Greatest Horseman Podcast

What happens when you start looking at your horses through the lens of faith? And what can our horses teach us about trust, leadership, and the way we live our lives? In this episode of The Greatest Horseman Podcast, I sit down with Carl and Tammy for a meaningful conversation about one of the deeper parts of horsemanship: the connection between faith and horses. We talk about what horses can teach us about patience, leadership, trust, connection, and so much more. Because the more time I spend with horses, the more I realize that horsemanship isn't just about teaching a horse what to do. It's about learning how to lead, listen, and build a relationship. If you've ever wondered how your faith and your horsemanship can come together, or simply want to look at your relationship with your horse from a different perspective, this conversation is for you.

In this powerful conversation with Justin Haefner of Riding Far LLC, we unpack how emotional regulation in both horse and rider creates lasting safety, confidence, and partnership. From foxhunting to dressage to equine osteopathy, Justin brings a unique background that helps him “build bridges” across different horsemanship camps.
