    Ep 5 - Talking "Pressure" with Ira McCauley

    In this episode, we take you inside the management strategy of Ira McCauley, veterinarian, outdoor entrepreneur, conservationist, and co-founder of Habitat Flats, to explore how intentional refuge and hunting strategies can shape waterfowl behavior. Ira joins Kale Flaspohler, Dan Crigler, and Mike Flaspohler to discuss the lessons he has learned managing Locust Grove and other properties over nearly two decades.
