Join me, Kristin Oline, on my journey to find my voice. These episodes are basically my voice notes—me rambling, reflecting, and sharing whatever’s on my mind. A space to practice taking up space, speaking my truth, and getting comfortable with my own voice. I’m not after perfection. This is me showing up in real time, sharing little nuggets of whatever’s on my mind in that moment. If you want to know more about what I’m up to, follow me on Instagram @earthwomenrising

    Fear of visibility

Just rambling on the fear of visibility. Join a challenge called The Gane where I’m supposed to post a talking reel on Instagram every day for 30 days. Today is day one, and I found it easier to ramle on here for some reason. Still has to be done though 😬

  2. Aug 2

    Breathe by Becky Hemsley

In this Voice Note I read one of my favourite poems, Breathe by Becky Hemsley. A dear friend of mine shared this with me years ago. It touched something deep inside me, and I’ve been coming back to it many times since. Maybe you have heard it before, then you’ll hear it again 💚

  3. Jul 23

    Foraging

Talking about a beautiful day spent foraging. We live in a medisin cabinet with all these beautiful and medicinal plants around, meadowsweet, fireweed, yarrow, red cloves and self heal. I’m pretty new to this, so don’t know all the benefits yet. Do some research if you want to go out and find some magical plants 🌸

  4. Jul 10

    Happy Friday!

Today I’m just reflecting on what a beautiful day it has been. Feeling grateful for all the encounters I’ve had during the day. Tried to make a fire in the rain. Didn’t really work out in the end, but you can still hear the crackling in the background. Happy weekend!

  5. Jul 5

    The power of Joy

In this voice note I share about the power of joy. How we don’t usually share it, but how contagious it is when we do. I even get into the joy of football ☺️⚽️

  6. Jun 21

    Summer solstice 🌻

Me wandering in the forest reflecting on the year so far, and what’s left of it. Feeling like a fairy exploring this magical place. A bit wind in the background, but it is what it is. Happy solstice!!

  7. Jun 5

    All the feels

This voice notes is about all the feelings that came up when I was listening back to myself talking.

  8. Jun 4

    Walking and talking

More or less about the flow that’s created when I'm on the move.
