Fully Expressed with Kyra

This a space where we will be having honest conversations about all the real, raw, messy and beautiful parts of the human experience. Let's normalize the conversations that matter most: relationships, money, business, healing, pleasure, grief, purpose, and everything in between. Think of this as your permission slip to feel deeply, take up space, embrace your humanity, and create a life that feels authentic, aligned, and fully your own. A reminder: the state of your nervous system determines your story, what story are you choosing to write or rewrite? Let's explore that together.

When Life Forces You to Change: Cancer and Coming Home to Yourself

Ep 15: When Life Forces You to Change: Cancer and Coming Home to Yourself What happens when you've spent years doing everything "right" for your health, only to receive a cancer diagnosis that changes everything? In this episode of Fully Expressed, I'm joined by Nina DeFrancisco, nervous system coach, entrepreneur, and thyroid cancer survivor, for a raw and deeply honest conversation about healing, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and what it really means to live in alignment with yourself. After years of prioritizing holistic wellness, Nina was diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2024. What followed was a journey that challenged everything she thought she knew about health, control, surrender, and her relationship with herself. One of my favourite moments from this conversation was Nina's reminder: "Don't miss out on yourself." Because we spend so much time worrying about missing out on experiences, opportunities, and other people's lives… but what about the possibility of missing out on our OWN? This episode is an invitation to stop waiting for life to force you into change, start honouring your truth, and remember that the whole point of doing the inner work is to experience MORE of being alive. You don't have to become someone else to be worthy of the life you want. You get to become more fully YOU. My Story with Substance Abuse and Sobriety

Episode 14: My Story with Substance Abuse & Sobriety This is one of the most vulnerable episodes I've ever recorded. For the first time, I'm sharing my story with substance abuse and sobriety, from experimenting with drugs and alcohol at 13 years old to navigating addiction, trauma, unhealthy relationships, and years of using substances to numb, escape, and cope with emotions I didn't know how to hold. For years, I lived two completely different lives. I was building a career in wellness, teaching yoga, and helping others heal, while privately struggling with my own relationship with substances. On June 25, 2022, I had my last drink. And what followed was one of the most challenging, transformative, and beautiful journeys of my life. In this episode, I share: How childhood experiences and emotional dysregulation shaped my relationship with substances. What addiction looked like for me, even while I was seemingly functioning and successful. The role breathwork, nervous system work, and somatic healing played in my sobriety. The uncomfortable reality of getting sober, losing friendships, and learning who I was without substances. How I learned to feel my feelings, have fun, dance, and experience joy without needing to escape myself. Over four years later, I can honestly say I've never felt more alive, more free, or more deeply in love with myself and my life. My hope in sharing this story is to remind you that no matter how long you've lived in a particular pattern, you have the capacity to create something different. You are not defined by your past. And it's never too late to rewrite your story. Thank you for holding space for this part of mine. ❤️ Content note: This episode includes discussions of substance abuse, addiction, childhood trauma, sexual assault, abusive relationships, homelessness, and suicidal ideation. This episode shares my personal experience, not medical advice. Recovery looks different for everyone, and professional support can be an important part of the journey. Calling In Aligned Love with Aliyah O'brien

Episode 13: Calling In Aligned Love with Aaliyah O’Brien What if calling in the love you desire isn’t just about finding the right person… but learning how to stay deeply connected to yourself while loving another? In this episode, I’m joined by aligned dating coach Aaliyah O’Brien for an honest, expansive conversation about dating, relationships, self-worth, attachment, nervous system work, and what it actually means to create aligned love. We talk about the difference between loving yourself and believing you have to be completely “healed” before partnership can find you, why healthy love can initially feel unfamiliar after years of repeating old patterns, and how becoming more anchored in yourself can change the way you date, choose, communicate, repair, receive love, and let go. We also explore self-soothing versus co-regulation, navigating conflict without abandoning yourself, attachment styles without turning them into identities, learning to trust your intuition, honoring your desire for partnership without gripping it, and why the relationships you experience along the way can all teach you something about the love you’re creating. And maybe one of the biggest reminders from this conversation: You are your soulmate first. The deeper your relationship with yourself becomes, the more capacity you create to experience love without losing yourself inside of it. Whether you’re single, dating, or already in partnership, this episode is an invitation to get curious about who you are in love, and the kind of relationship you’re choosing to create. ❤️‍🔥 Aliyah's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/aliyahobrien/ Aliyah's Podcast: https://www.instagram.com/juicylifeco/

For the One Who Feels Like They’re Too Much

Episode 12: For the One Who Feels Like They’re Too Much Too loud. Too emotional. Too sensitive. Too dramatic. Too intense. Too expressive. Too f*****g much. If you’ve spent your life being told, in words or actions, that you need to tone yourself down to be loved, accepted, chosen, or belong, this episode is for you. In this solo episode, I’m sharing my own journey with the “too much” wound and what has happened as I’ve stopped trying to make myself smaller and started creating the internal safety to become MORE of who I am. We’re talking about taking up space, learning to be okay with being disliked, finding the people who celebrate your bigness instead of asking you to contain it, and working with your nervous system when those old wounds inevitably resurface. Because becoming more fully expressed doesn’t mean you’ll never hear the voice that says tone it down again, it means learning how to meet that voice without letting it run the f*****g show. Because what if the parts of you you’ve spent your entire life trying to make smaller are actually where some of your most potent magic lives? What if you weren’t meant to quiet your muchness… What if you were meant to learn how to f*****g USE it? This episode is your permission slip to get louder. Bigger. More audacious. More authentic. More YOU. Because the people who are meant to love the real you can’t find you while you’re hiding. The world doesn’t need less of you, baby. It needs MORE. ❤️‍🔥 Work with me: https://www.kyraczm.com/1-1

Pleasure Centered Living founded by Rachael Haley

Episode 11: Pleasure-Centered Living founded by Rachael Haley What if pleasure wasn’t something you had to earn, chase, or save for when everything in your life finally feels “right”? In this episode, I’m joined by my beautiful friend Rachael Haley for a conversation about pleasure-centered living, which is more than just her brand, it's a way of life. One that is not as hedonism, toxic positivity, or avoiding the hard parts of being human, but as a way of becoming more deeply attuned to your body, your desires, and your aliveness. We talk about expanding our capacity to hold pleasure AND pain, learning to meet grief and discomfort without abandoning joy, why pleasure can initially feel uncomfortable or even unsafe, and what it looks like to stop making your entire life another healing project. We also explore pleasure as a daily practice: movement, rest, sensuality, play, platonic intimacy, our menstrual cycles, the tiny moments we usually rush past, and the simple question that can begin changing the way you experience your life: What would feel pleasurable for me right now? Because pleasure doesn’t have to be another thing you achieve. You don’t need to heal enough, accomplish enough, look a certain way, or finally become some “better” version of yourself before you’re allowed to experience it. There is nothing you need to change about yourself to be worthy of pleasure. And you do not need to earn it.
