Episode 17- Bitch Session: Parenting Pet Peeves. We're Not Judging... Ok, Maybe We Are.

We all said there were certain things we would NEVER do as parents… and then we had kids. 😂 From driving our kids to the bus stop (because apparently, walking is too much to ask) to letting our teen girls wear what they want without judgment, to sports parents living vicariously through their kids, we're diving into the parenting habits that make us roll our eyes. Plus, is gentle parenting actually working, or have we gone too far? We're not parenting experts, and we definitely don't have all the answers. Motherhood is humbling, mom judgment is real, and apparently, we're all just winging it. No judgment… okay, maybe a little. 😂🎧

Episode 15: Verity - Team Manuscript, Team Letter & Team We Know Better Now.

We Would've Fallen for It… Before We're recapping Verity — and yes, we have THOUGHTS. We're breaking down the movie, debating the ultimate question: Team Manuscript or Team Letter? And, of course, dissecting all the twists, red flags, manipulation, and WTF moments along the way. But this conversation gets a little more personal. Watching the manipulation play out on screen made us realize just how differently we see these behaviors now compared to years ago. The things we might have questioned, rationalized, or completely missed before? We see them immediately now. Maybe that's the silver lining of going through some really hard shit: you start recognizing the signs. Come for the Verity recap. Stay for the red flags, the manipulation, the personal revelations, and our very strong opinions about that damn letter.

Episode 13 - Your Face Called: It Wants to Talk About Botox, Filler & What We're Wasting Money On (With special guest Andrea Petiton, RN)

How much of the beauty industry do we actually need…and how much are we being bullied into buying because one tiny forehead line apparently means we've "let ourselves go"? We brought on our registered nurse friend to break down Botox, Dysport, filler, facials, skincare products, and all the other things we're putting on, injecting into, and spending way too much money on. What's actually worth the money? What's overrated? What should we skip? And what the hell is the difference between Botox, Dysport, filler, and the other mysterious little syringes lurking in the med spa fridge? No judgment, no gatekeeping, and definitely no pretending we don't care about looking good. Just an honest conversation about what's worth it, what's a scam, and what might just be really expensive face maintenance with a side of emotional damage.

Episode 12: They need you less. Now what? The Mom role is changing.

Our kids are getting older, which is great…right? Except suddenly they don't need us to find their shoes, solve their problems, drive them everywhere, or know where literally everything in the house is. So…what the hell are we supposed to do with ourselves now? This week, we're talking about that weird stage of motherhood when your kids need you less and you start wondering, "Wait…what do I need?" Are we sad? Relieved? Bored? Free? All of the above before noon? We're getting into the identity crisis, the newfound freedom, the guilt that comes with actually enjoying your free time, and figuring out who you are when "Mom" isn't your full-time job anymore. Because apparently, raising independent children means we now have to develop personalities again. Rude.

Episode 10- Bitch Session: Pet Peeves That Piss Us The Fck Off.

In this episode, we're throwing shade at the tiny tyrannies that run our lives: the slow walkers, the muti-text abusers, the people who talk on speaker in public like it's a personal podcast. We'll rant about our most unhinged pet peeves, admit a few of our own petty crimes, and debate which everyday annoyances deserve a lifetime ban. Think of it as group therapy for anyone who's ever side-eyed a stranger for chewing too loudly.

Episode 9 - Knowing when to let go: Some people are lessons, not lifers.

When is it actually time to walk away? From a lover, a friendship, or even family, sometimes the hardest part isn't knowing the relationship is over—it's giving yourself permission to leave. We're talking about toxic patterns, crossed boundaries, outgrowing people, choosing your peace, and the guilt that comes with walking away from someone you once loved. Because not everyone is meant to stay—and sometimes walking away is the healthiest thing you can do.

Episode 8- Creeped Out: Phobias, Strange Coincidences, Superstitions, Karma and The Murder of Crows We Gave Names To.

We're unpacking our weirdest superstitions, irrational phobias, and the things we absolutely refuse to mess with. From telling crows to go after people who deserve it to wondering if technology is quietly plotting its revenge on us for being assholes… this episode gets a little unhinged. Because apparently karma, crows, and AI are all keeping score. 😈🐦‍⬛

Episode 7- Perimenopause Is a Bitch & Our Alexas Have Multiple Personalities

Nobody warned us about the weird stuff that comes with perimenopause. Brain fog, rogue hairs appearing out of nowhere, an explosion of white hairs, frozen shoulders, itchy ears… seriously, what is happening?! We're bitching about the symptoms nobody puts in the brochure—and trying to figure out why our Alexas seem to have multiple personalities of their own. Because apparently, getting older means our bodies AND our technology are acting up. 😂
