West Coast Gongshow is a one man wrecking crew covering the Bay Area's hockey team: the San Jose Sharks! What sets us apart is that it will be more like grabbing a beer and talking Sharks than other shows that are more buttoned up and business oriented. While WCG will also cover game recaps, trades, free agent signings and every other storyline surrounding the Sharks, we like to do it in a more casual lens.

West Coast Gongshow 1: 2026 Draft/Free Agency Reaction

On the first episode of West Coast Gongshow, we react to the stellar draft by GM Mike Grier that had the Sharks as the talk of the hockey world... for a few days. Then the Sharks made more noise with the signings of Mason Marchment, Jacob Trouba and they shocked the hockey world by trading for Darnell Nurse and his entire contract. We also break down some exciting line combos, and what in the world is going on with Sharks rival Anaheim Ducks?
